Claims (8)
- 액정 셀과, 상기 액정 셀의 일측에 배치된 제1 편광판과, 상기 액정 셀의 타측에 배치된 제2 편광판을 구비하고,상기 액정 셀은 적, 녹 및 청색의 컬러 필터와, 액정층을 포함하고,상기 액정층은 전압 무인가 시에 있어서 호모지니어스 배열로 배향시킨 액정 분자를 포함하고, 또한 dR≥dG>dB의 관계를 만족하는 멀티 갭 구조를 갖고,상기 제1 편광판은 제1 편광자와, 상기 제1 편광자의 상기 액정 셀측에 배치된 제1 보호층을 포함하고,상기 제1 보호층은 굴절률 타원체가 nx>ny≥nz의 관계를 만족하고,전압 무인가 시에 있어서, 상기 제1 보호층의 파장 550㎚에 있어서의 면내 위상차값(Re1[550])과 상기 액정층의 파장 550㎚에 있어서의 면내 위상차값(ReLC[550])의 합계가 350㎚ 내지 470㎚인 액정 패널.(여기서, dR, dG 및 dB는 적, 녹 및 청색의 컬러 필터에 대응하는 액정층의 두께를 각각 나타낸다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멀티 갭 구조가 적, 녹 및 청색의 컬러 필터의 두께를 각각 바꿈으로써 형성되어 이루어지는 액정 패널.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정층의 파장 550㎚에 있어서의 면내 위상차값 (ReLC[550])이 파장 450㎚에 있어서의 면내 위상차값(ReLC[450])보다도 큰 액정 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 보호층의 위상 지연축 방향이 상기 제1 편광판의 흡수축 방향과 실질적으로 직교하는 액정 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 보호층의 파장 550㎚에 있어서의 면내 위상차값(Re1[550])이 20㎚ 내지 200㎚인 액정 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 보호층이 노보넨계 수지를 함유하는 위상차 필름인 액정 패널.
- 제1항에 기재된 액정 패널을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
