Claims (3)
- 도어외판과 도어내판 사이에 단열을 위한 우레탄폼이 발포 충진되는 냉장고용 도어 구조에 있어서,상기 도어내판의 형상에 대응되는 형상으로 발포 충진되는 상기 우레탄폼의 두께 편차에 따른 상기 우레탄폼의 수축량의 차이에 의해 평평하게 형성된 상기 도어외판에 부분적으로 굴곡이 발생되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 우레탄폼이 밀착되는 상기 도어외판의 내측면에 소정의 탄성을 갖는 부직포층이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 도어 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부직포층이 구비된 상기 도어외판과 상기 도어내판 사이에 상기 우레탄폼의 발포 충진시 상기 부직포층이 상기 우레탄폼의 화학작용에 의해 손상되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 우레판폼이 밀착되는 상기 부직포층의 표면에 박판형의 보호층이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 도어 구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 박판형의 보호층은 LDPE 합지로 이루어지고,상기 LDPE 합지가 상기 부직포층에 아크릴 점착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 도어 구조.
