Claims (3)
- 유기폐수의 처리방법으로,유입되는 유기폐수를 유량조정조(10)에서 혼합 및 반응을 일으키는 1단계;상기 유량조정조(10)를 통과한 유기폐수를 무산소조(20)에서 교반기로 교반시키며 탈질반응이 일어나도록 하는 2단계;상기 무산소조(20)를 거친 유기폐수가 생물학적으로 처리되는 생물반응조(30)에서 산소를 공급받으며 호기상태에서 유기물을 제거하는 정화반응을 하는 3단계;상기 생물반응조(30)를 통과한 유기폐수의 일부를 상기 무산소조(20)로 반송시키고, 나머지는 배양분리조(60)로 보내는 4단계;상기 배양분리조(60)는 여과막(61)을 사용하여 부유 고형물을 여과하고, 부식화반응기(62)를 침지하여 수분혼합 고형물을 부식전구물질로 변환시켜 분배조(70)로 보내는 5단계;상기 배양분리조(60)에서 변환된 부식전구물질은 상기 분배조(70)에서 배분되어 일부는 상기 유량조정조(10)로 반송되고 나머지는 상기 생물반응조(30)로 반송하는 6단계; 및,상기 생물반응조(30)에는 MLSS감시장치(31)를 장착하여 부유 고형물이 일정농도를 초과하면 폭기를 중지하고 슬러지를 침전시킨 후 상기 생물반응조(30) 내의 슬러지 일부를 인발하는 7단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐수 처리방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 유량조정조(10)로 유입되는 유기폐수가 음식잔반 분쇄희석수를 포함한 유기폐수인 경우,주택에서 발생한 음식잔반을 각 개별가구에 설치된 조대분쇄기(1)로 1차 분쇄하는 단계;1차 분쇄된 음식잔반이 주방폐수와 혼합된 혼합폐수를 주방배관라인에 설치된 투입조(2)로 유입시키는 단계;상기 투입조(2)로 유입된 혼합폐수는 미세스크린(3)을 통과시켜 고형물질인 분쇄된 음식잔반은 혼합조(4)로 이동되고, 걸러진 주방폐수 중 일부는 상기 혼합조(4)로 유입시키고 나머지는 하수구로 배출하는 단계;상기 혼합조(4)에 유입된 조대분쇄된 음식잔반과 주방폐수를 혼합·희석시켜 혼합수를 만드는 단계; 및,상기 혼합조(4)에서 생성된 혼합수를 미세분쇄기(5)로 재분쇄하여 미립자 또는 콜로이드성 물질로 전환하는 단계;에 의해 음식잔반 분쇄희석수를 포함한 유기폐수가 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐수 처리방법.
