- 삭제
- 일정폭을 가지는 상/하부 플랜지(110,120)의 사이에 수직으로 웨브(130)가 일체로 형성되되 상기 상/하부 플랜지(110,120)의 표면에는 다수의 콘크리트 투입공(112,122)이 형성되고, 상기 웨브(130)의 표면에는 건축물의 시공시 설치되는 철근의 단부가 관통 지지되는 철근 지지공(132)이 형성되는 에이치빔(100)을 이용한 철골구조 건축물의 시공방법에 있어서,다수의 에이치빔(100)을 수직방향 및 수평방향으로 설치고정하여 구조체를 형성하는 단계와;상기 구조체를 형성한 후 상기 에이치빔(100)의 철근 지지공(132)에 끼워지는 수평방향으로 철근(140)을 관통 지지하고, 상기 에이치빔(100)의 상부플랜지(110) 및 하부 플랜지(120)에 형성된 콘크리트 투입공(112,122)을 통해 수직방향으로 철근(141)을 관통 지지하는 단계와;상기 철근(140,141)을 설치한 후 에이치빔(100)의 하부 플랜지(120)의 양단부에 밀착되어 벽체 및 슬라브를 형성하기 위한 공간을 확보하기 위해 거푸집을 설치하는 단계와;상기한 거푸집을 설치한 후 에이치빔(100)의 상부(110) 및 하부 플랜지(120)에 형성된 콘크리트 투입공(112,122)을 통해 콘크리트를 투입한 후 일정시간 양생을 시키고, 다수의 거푸집들을 탈거하는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 에이치빔을 이용한 철골구조 건축물의 시공방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 에이치빔(100)의 철근 지지공(132)에 끼워지는 수평방향의 철근(140)과, 상기 에이치빔(100)의 상부플랜지(110) 및 하부 플랜지(120)에 형성된 콘크리트 투입공(112,122)을 통해 수직방향 관통되는 철근(141)의 교차부분에는 철사(144)로 결합시켜 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 에이치빔을 이용한 철골구조 건축물의 시공방법.
