- 무선 통신 시스템으로서,미식별 초기 송신 패킷을 무선 수신하도록 구성된 수신기 회로;상기 수신기 회로에 의해 수신된 상기 초기 송신을 디코딩하도록 구성된 디코더; 및상기 초기 송신이 손상시에 상기 초기 송신과 관련된 NACK 를 포함하는 신호를 전송하도록 구성된 송신 회로를 포함하고,상기 수신기 회로는, 상기 NACK 에 응답하여 상기 초기 송신으로 송신된 데이터의 미식별 재송신을 수신하도록 더 구성되고,상기 무선 통신 시스템은,상기 재송신이 상기 초기 송신에 후속하는 소정 수의 인스턴스에 수신되는 것에 기초하여, 상기 초기 송신과 관련되는 상기 재송신을 인지하도록 구성된 로직을 갖는 프로세서를 더 포함하며,상기 무선 통신 시스템은 WCDMA 프로토콜에 따르고, 상기 미식별 초기 송신 패킷을 수신하도록 구성된 상기 수신기 회로를 포함하는 기지국을 구비하고,상기 기지국은, 상기 초기 송신에 에러가 없을시에 상기 초기 송신의 E-DCH 프레임 수를 나타내는 패킷 식별 정보를 상기 초기 송신에 부가하도록 구성된 노드-B 이며;상기 무선 통신 시스템은 동기 시스템인, 무선 통신 시스템.
