Claims (2)

전신주의 상부에 횡방향으로 고정된 완금(2)에 하나 이상 설치되며 점퍼선(4)을 고정하는 라인포스트 애자(3)의 점퍼선 보호장치에 있어서,
상기 완금의 저부에서 상부로 관통되며 상기 라인포스트 애자의 저부를 향해 형성된 높이조정공에 나사 체결되어 상기 라인포스트 애자의 높이를 조정하는 높이조정볼트(10)와;
상기 라인포스트 애자와 상기 완금의 사이에 개재되어 상기 라인포스트 애자를 저부에서 지지하는 탄성 재질의 받침구(20)와;
상기 완금의 상부에 세워지며 상기 라인포스트 애자와 받침구에 각각 형성된 가이드공에 삽입되어 상기 라인포스트 애자의 승강을 안내하는 2개의 가이드핀(30)과;
상기 라인포스트 애자의 상면에 안착 설치되는 점퍼선 배선블록(40)과;
상기 점퍼선 배선블록에 고정되며 상기 점퍼선이 배선되는 점퍼선 고정구(50)와;
상기 점퍼선을 상기 점퍼선 배선블록에 대해 승강시키는 높이조정수단을 포함하며,
상기 높이조정수단은,
직육면체의 블록 형태로서 측면에는 상하방향의 제1가이드장공(62)이 형성되며 하단부에는 제1경사부(61)가 구비되고 상기 점퍼선 배선블록의 상부를 향해 개방 형성된 승강안내공(41)에 삽입되며 상기 점퍼선 고정구가 나사 체결되는 높이조정블록(60),
상기 점퍼선 배선블록의 내부에 상기 승강안내공(41)과 연통하도록 횡방향으로 형성되는 슬라이드공(42)에 전후진 가능하게 삽입되며 선단부에 상기 높이조정블록의 제1경사부와 대응되는 제2경사부(71)가 형성되는 슬라이더(70),
상기 점퍼선 배선블록에 고정된 너트(43)에 나사 체결되면서 선단부가 상기 슬라이더(70)에 베어링을 통해 공회전 가능하게 연결되며 상기 슬라이더(70)를 전후진시켜 상기 높이조정블록을 승강시키는 높이조정구(80),
상기 점퍼선 배선블록에 일정 간격을 두고 세워지며 상하방향의 제2가이드장공이 구비된 지지벽(44),
상기 지지벽의 제2가이드장공과 상기 높이조정블록의 제1가이드장공에 체결되어 상기 높이조정블록을 지지하는 지지핀(45)을 포함하여,
상기 높이조정볼트를 통해 상기 라인포스트 애자를 상승시키고, 상기 높이조정구에 의해 상기 점퍼선 고정구를 상승시켜 상기 점퍼선의 탄력을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인포스트 애자의 점퍼선 보호장치.
