Abstract
본 발명에 따른 생장촉진제는 주성분이 해양의 용광으로 다른 제품에 비해 경제적으로 부담이 적어 경제적인 측면에서 경쟁력이 높고, 시장에서 유리하며, 제조가 용이하고, 생산이 간단하며, 식물 성장 촉진에 필수적으로 필요한 미량원소가 다량 함유되어 있어 농, 식물은 물론 화훼원예작물의 병충해에 대한 강한 면역력을 가져다 줄 뿐만 아니라 화학비료의 과다 사용으로 산성화된 토양이나 오염된 토양을 양질의 중성 토양으로 개량시키는 효과가 있다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 생장촉진제를 이용하여 화훼원예 작물을 재배한 실 예를 보인 사진이다.

S140 : 첨가 및 혼합단계 S150 : 자화처리단계
Claims (4)
- 총합 100g에 대해 진주분말 90~95g; 굴, 조개껍질, 산호, 생선뼈, 새우껍질의 합이 5~10g이 되게 원료를 조성하고, 분쇄기로 분쇄하는 원료준비 및 분쇄단계와;
분쇄된 미분을 전기로에 투입하고 1200~1300℃로 1~2시간 동안 가열하여 소결하는 소결단계와;
소결된 미분을 반응조에 투입하여 물과 혼합한 다음 피로인산나트륨(Na4P2O4), 탄산칼륨(K2CO3)을 첨가하여 pH가 8~10이 되도록 상압에서 1~2시간 동안 90~100℃로 가열한 후 인산(H3PO4)을 첨가하여 pH를 6~8까지 조절하는 중화반응단계와;
중화반응시 생성된 침전물을 여과하여 제거하는 침전물 제거단계와;
침전물이 제거된 여액에 붕산칼륨(K2B4O7), 몰리브덴산(MoO3H2O), 염화스트론튬(SrCl2)를 첨가 혼합하는 단계와;
상기 첨가 혼합단계 후 1~2 Torr의 자화장치를 이용하여 혼합액을 자화처리하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화훼원예작물의 생장촉진제 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;
상기 원료준비 및 분쇄단계를 통해 분쇄된 미분은 100~200메쉬의 입도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 화훼원예작물의 생장촉진제 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2의 방법으로 제조되어 물 1ℓ에 대해,
Zn:0.076-1.35mg, Cu:0.06-0.18mg, Ca:1-50mg, K:0.9-1.8mg, Si:1-50mg, Mg:0.09-50mg, Na:0.3-0.8mg, P:0.1-1mg, Sr:0.6-1mg, Mn:0.035-0.01mg, Fe:0.001mg 이하, Co:0.00191mg 이하, B:0.002-0.01mg, Ge:0.0001-0.002mg, I:0.001-0.01mg, Li:0.001-0.03mg이 함유되고;
Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mo, Ni, Sm, Ce, F, Al, Se, N, Cl은 각각 0.0001-0.001mg 씩 함유되게 조성되어 양액 형태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화훼원예작물의 생장촉진제.
- 상단은 상토(Cell Media) 그루백으로 이루어지고, 하단은 상토와 펄라이트가 20:80의 부피비로 혼합된 그루백으로 이루어지며;
상기 상면에 폐츄니아웨이브 또는 산파첸스, 혹은 이들을 혼합하여 심은 상태에서 상기 청구항 3에 기재된 생장촉진제를 공급하여 재배하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화훼원예작물의 생장촉진제를 이용한 폐츄니아웨이브와 산파첸스 재배방법.
