Abstract
Description
또한 본 발명에서 사용되는 노화방지제로는 아민계와 페놀계가 있으며, 아민계에는 RD, AW, BLE, AD, 3C, 6C, DP 등이 있으며, 페놀계로는 BHT, M-17, SP, NS-6, NS-30, DAH 등이 있다. 그 외에도 MB, NBC 등이 노화방지제로 사용되기도 한다.
또 분산제는 주로 금속 지방산 염으로 구성된 화합물을 사용한다.
Claims (3)
- 천연고무 20~30중량%와 합성고무 30~45중량%를 혼련기에 넣은 후 30~50℃의 온도로 2~4분간 혼련하는 단계와; 상기 혼련기에 스테아린산, 활성아연화, 석유수지, 노화방지제, 분산제의 혼합중량 5~9중량%, 카본블랙 24~30중량%, 오일 3~6중량%, 가황촉진제 1~3중량%를 순차적으로 재혼합하는 단계와; 상기 혼합된 고무를 혼련기에서 인출하고 가황제 0.8~1.5중량%를 투입하여 롤러 혼합기로 혼합하는 단계와; 상기 혼합된 고무를 얇은 판 상태로 제조하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 풀리 표면 피복용 내마모 고무시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 롤러 혼합기로 혼합된 내마모 고무에 상기 고무보다 내마모성이 더욱 우수한 합성섬유사, 유리섬유, 세라믹을 매트나 조각형태로 혼합하는 단계를 더 포함하도록 구성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 풀리 표면 피복용 초내마모 고무시트의 제조방법.
