Claims (8)
- 은도금 금속분말 75 내지 85 중량부, 1 내지 500 나노미터의 입도를 갖는 은분말 4 내지 6 중량부, 글래스 프릿 2 내지 4 중량부, 바인더 3 내지 4 중량부 및 유기용제 10 내지 11 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지며,상기 은도금 금속분말은 구형이며, 500 내지 800 나노미터의 입도를 갖는 구리 또는 니켈로 이루어진 금속분말 50 내지 80 중량부에 은이 20 내지 50 중량부로 도금되고,상기 글래스 프릿은 스프레이 파이로시스를 이용하여 제조되는 구형의 것으로, 0.1 내지 1 마이크로미터의 입도를 가지며,상기 바인더는 아크릴계로 유리전이온도가 -60 내지 -10℃이고,상기 유기용제는 부틸카비톨 및 부틸세루솔브로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지용 전극 조성물.
