Claims (12)
- 실리카 결합단백질과 탐침단백질의 융합단백질이 실리카층을 포함하는 칩에 고정되어 있는 바이오-실리카 칩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 결합단백질은 서열번호 4 내지 6 중 어느 하나의 아미노산 서열로 표시되는 단백질임을 특징으로 하는 바이오-실리카 칩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 결합단백질은 탐침단백질의 N말단, C말단 또는 N말단과 C말단의 중간에 결합하는 것을 특징으로 바이오-실리카 칩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탐침단백질은 조류독감의 표면항원인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오-실리카 칩.
- 서열번호 4 내지 6 중 어느 하나의 아미노산 서열로 표시되는 실리카 결합단백질.
- 제5항의 실리카 결합단백질을 코딩하는 유전자.
- 제5항의 실리카 결합단백질과 탐침단백질과의 융합단백질.
- 제7항의 융합단백질을 코딩하는 핵산을 함유하는 재조합벡터.
- 제8항의 재조합벡터를 박테리아, 곰팡이 및 효모로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 숙주세포에 도입하여 수득되는 재조합 미생물.
- 제9항의 재조합 미생물을 배양하여 실리카 결합단백질과 탐침단백질의 융합단백질을 발현시킨 다음, 발현된 융합단백질을 회수하여 실리카층을 포함하는 칩에 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오-실리카 칩의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 융합단백질의 고정은, 상기 재조합 미생물을 회수 및 파쇄하여 상기 융합단백질을 정제하여 수득한 다음, 수득된 융합단백질을 실리카층을 포함하는 칩에 처리함으로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 바이오-실리카 칩을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA, 항체, 펩티드, 단백질, 및 탄수화물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 표적과의 상호작용을 검출하는 방법.
