도 4는 본 발명에 따른 전체 피스톤의 절반부의 상세도이다.
Claims (1)
- 샤프트 영역을 형성하는 피스톤 하부 부재(1)를 포함하고, 상기 피스톤 하부 부재에 인장 볼트(20)에 의해 연결되고 피스톤 헤드 및 링 지대를 형성하는 피스톤 상부 부재(10)를 포함하며, 상기 피스톤 하부 부재 내의 인장 볼트는 피스톤 하부 부재 내의 각각의 구멍에 체결되는 압축 부재(2)의 일 단부와 접촉하고, 상기 압축 부재와 피스톤 하부 부재는 그들의 서로를 향해 경사진 표면들에 의해 접촉하는, 내연 기관용 피스톤에 있어서,상기 압축 부재(2)를 위한 피스톤 하부 부재(1)의 접촉 표면은 일반식 x2/a2 + y2/a2 + z2/c2 = 1을 갖는 회전 타원체의 표면에 대응하며, 여기서 x, y 및 z는 회전 타원체의 좌표축을 정의하고, a와 c는 a < c인 반축(semiaxis)을 정의하며, 상기 회전 타원체의 좌표축 z는 압축 부재(2)를 수용하기 위한 각각의 구멍의 축에 대응하고, 상기 압축 부재(2)의 접촉 표면은 rK < a인 일반식 x2 + y2 + z2 = rK 2을 갖는 구의 표면에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 피스톤.
