Abstract
Description
이 경우, 천공부의 유로는 외부 압력 또는 중력에 의해 수용부에 충진된 절삭유가 외부로 배출되지 않도록 작은 직경으로 형성되고, 천공시 유로의 내부로 유입된 칩에 의해서 모세관 구조의 유로가 형성되며 절삭유가 모세관 작용에 의해 배출되게 구성될 수도 있다.
좀더 구체적으로 설명하면, 상기 유로(121)는 외부 압력이나 중력 등에 의해 수용부(112)로부터 공급되는 절삭유(150)가 외부로 배출되지 않도록 구성될 수 있다. 그리고, 이하 설명되는 것과 같이, 천공 작업시 상기 유로(121)로 유입되는 절삭 칩(1a)에 의해 절삭유(150)가 외부로 배출되도록 구성될 수 있다.
다시 말해서, 천공 작업시 절삭 칩(1a)은 개구부(122)를 통해 상기 유로(121) 내부로 유입되고, 유로(121) 내부로 유입된 절삭 칩(1a)에 의해 모세관 구조의 유로가 형성하게 된다. 즉, 상기 유로(121) 내부로 유입된 절삭 칩(1a) 사이의 공간에 의해 형성된 모세관 구조의 유로에 의해 발생하는 모세관 작용으로 상기 절삭유(150)는 절삭영역으로 배출이 이루어지게 된다.
즉, 유로(121) 내부로 유입된 절삭 칩(1a)은 유로(121) 내부를 모세관 구조의 유로로 형성하고, 절삭유(150)는 모세관 구조에 의해 발생하는 모세관 작용(현상)으로 칩(1a)을 통과하게 되어 배출이 이루어지게 된다. 다시 말해서, 수용부(112) 내부에 위치되는 절삭유(150)는 상기 유로(121)의 내부로 유입된 칩(1a)을 매개로 하여 개구부(122)를 통해 피가공물(1)의 절삭영역(천공영역)으로 배출된다.
다시 말해서, 절삭유(150)가 배출된 수용부(150) 또는 유로(121)의 공간은 내부로 유입되는 칩(1a)에 의해 채워지면서, 상기 절삭유(150)는 유입된 칩(1a)에 의해 발생하는 모세관 작용으로 지속적인 공급이 이루어질 수 있다.
Claims (6)
- 내부에 절삭유가 충진되며, 밀폐된 구조의 수용부가 구비되는 몸체와;상기 몸체의 일 단부로부터 연장되고, 그 내부에 상기 밀폐된 구조의 수용부와 연결되는 유로가 형성되며, 그 단부에는 상기 유로와 연결되는 개구부가 형성되는 천공부와;상기 천공부의 개구부 둘레를 따라 피가공물의 천공을 위하여 구비되는 절삭부;를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 천공부의 유로는 외부 압력 또는 중력에 의해 상기 수용부에 충진된 절삭유가 외부로 배출되지 않도록 작은 직경으로 형성되고,천공시 상기 유로의 내부로 유입된 칩에 의해서 모세관 구조의 유로가 형성되고, 절삭유가 모세관 작용에 의해 배출되게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천공용 공구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 몸체는 전동공구에 탈부착 가능하도록 수용부와 마주하는 내부 위치에 체결부가 더 구비되며,상기 체결부와 수용부는 구획부에 의해 수용부가 밀폐된 구조로 체결부와 독립된 공간이 형성되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천공용 공구.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 구획부는 체결부와 수용부의 공간을 밀폐하도록 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 마개부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천공용 공구.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 구획부는 몸체와 일체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 천공용 공구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절삭부는 다이아몬드 강으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 천공용 공구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천공부는 개구부가 형성된 단부의 외부면에 나선부가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천공용 공구.
