The present invention relates to a work stage for horizontal disassembly and assembly of a multistage pump, and more particularly, in the process of disassembling and assembling a large multistage pump by disassembling and disassembling an extra large multistage pump in a state in which the rail and the bogie are horizontally and centered. The present invention relates to a multistage pump horizontal disassembly and assembly platform for minimizing damage to parts such as shafts and preventing safety accidents.
In large facilities that use a large amount of water, the water is supplied by a large multistage pump.
At this time, the installation and dismantling or maintenance of the extra large multistage pump is followed by disassembly and assembly of the extra large multistage pump. The supersized multistage pump has a high load, and thus there is a problem in that the assembly and disassembly of the casing and parts is impossible only by manpower.
Therefore, in a facility where disassembly and assembly of ultra-large multistage pumps are carried out, supersized multistage pumps have been disassembled by lifting multistage pumps by stages with heavy equipment such as cranes and supporting each stage with wood chips.
However, if the multi-stage pump is disassembled and assembled by lifting the multistage pump for each stage as a heavy equipment such as a crane and then supporting each stage with a wood, etc., it is difficult to maintain the horizontal and center of each stage as well as to lift the parts to a precise height. Due to the difficulty, the multi-stage pump disassembly and assembly process, especially in the process of requiring precise operation such as shaft disassembly and assembly process, has to exert excessive force, causing damage to expensive parts such as shafts. There was a problem that the worker going through the accident.
For this reason, in facilities where disassembly and assembly of very large multi-stage pumps are carried out, a dedicated work bench is required to disassemble and disassemble the extra-large multistage pump without component damage and safety accidents, and to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of very large multistage pumps. However, until now, it is impossible to find a dedicated workbench for disassembling and assembly of a large multistage pump.
