Claims (4)
- 평행광을 생성하는 광원과;하나의 영상 프레임이 되도록 서로 다른 색을 갖는 필터가 구성된 필터 휠과;상기 평행광이 상기 서로 다른 색을 갖는 필터 중 임의의 한 필터를 통과한 평행광이 DMD의 픽셀 정렬을 통하여 제 1 피치로부터 제 1 격자무늬를 생성하고 다른 한 필터를 통과한 평행광이 DMD의 픽셀 정렬로 제 2 피치로부터 제 2 격자무늬를 생성하는 DMD와;상기 생성된 제 1 격자무늬와 제 2 격자무늬를 대상물에 투영하는 투영렌즈와;상기 대상물에 투영되어 변형된 제 1, 2 격자무늬를 전달받는 결상렌즈; 및상기 제 1, 2 격자무늬를 전달받아 합하고 초기 위상값(φ(x,y))=tan-1(I4-I2/I1-I3)(단,I1,I2,I3,I4는 제 1, 2 격자무늬의 픽셀값)의 수식을 이용하여 연산하는 카메라 센서로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 DMD를 이용한 모아레 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 카메라 센서는 상기 서로 다른 색을 갖는 한 프레임의 격자무늬가 동시에 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DMD를 이용한 모아레 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 카메라 센서는 격자 마다 색을 달리하여 무늬를 투영함으로써 DMB를 이용한 모아레 장치의 카메라 센서에서 동시에 두 개의 격자 이미지를 획득하여 초기 위상값(φ(x,y))=tan-1(I4-I2/I1-I3)(단,I1,I2,I3,I4는 제 1, 2 격자무늬의 픽셀값)로 연산하고 높이정보(h(x,y))=λ×φ(x,y)/2π(단, λ는 등가파장)로 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DMD를 이용한 모아레 장치.
