Claims (10)
- 하우징과, 다수개의 실린더보어가 형성되며 상기 하우징에 결합되는 실린더블록과, 상기 실린더보어에 각각 왕복운동 가능하게 수용되는 피스톤과, 상기 하우징과 실린더블록에 대하여 회전가능하게 설치되는 구동축과, 상기 구동축에 의해 회전하며 피스톤에 연동되게 설치되는 사판을 포함하는 사판식 압축기에 있어서,상기 사판의 보스부 일측과 실린더블록 사이에 결합되어 사판을 탄성 지지하는 제1지지부재; 및상기 사판의 보스부 타측과 실린더블록 사이에 결합되어 사판을 강체 지지하는 제2지지부재를 포함하되,상기 제2지지부재는 복수 개로 구성되며, 각각에 대해 미끄럼 접촉하고, 서로 이웃하는 제2지지부재에는 가이드돌기와 상기 가이드돌기가 수용되는 원형의 가이드홈이 형성되어 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사판식 압축기.
- 하우징과, 다수개의 실린더보어가 형성되며 상기 하우징에 결합되는 실린더블록과, 상기 실린더보어에 각각 왕복운동 가능하게 수용되는 피스톤과, 상기 하우징과 실린더블록에 대하여 회전가능하게 설치되는 구동축과, 상기 구동축에 의해 회전하며 피스톤에 연동되게 설치되는 사판을 포함하는 사판식 압축기에 있어서,상기 사판의 보스부 일측과 실린더블록 사이에 결합되어 사판을 탄성 지지하는 제1지지부재; 및상기 사판의 보스부 타측과 실린더블록 사이에 결합되어 사판을 강체 지지하는 제2지지부재를 포함하되,상기 제2지지부재는 복수 개로 구성되며, 각각에 대해 미끄럼 접촉하고, 상기 제2지지부재는 합성수지로 형성된 스러스트 워셔인 것을 특징으로 하는 사판식 압축기.
- 하우징과, 다수개의 실린더보어가 형성되며 상기 하우징에 결합되는 실린더블록과, 상기 실린더보어에 각각 왕복운동 가능하게 수용되는 피스톤과, 상기 하우징과 실린더블록에 대하여 회전가능하게 설치되는 구동축과, 상기 구동축에 의해 회전하며 피스톤에 연동되게 설치되는 사판을 포함하는 사판식 압축기에 있어서,상기 사판의 보스부 일측과 실린더블록 사이에 결합되어 사판을 탄성 지지하는 스러스트 베어링; 및상기 사판의 보스부 타측과 실린더블록은 서로 밀착되어 고정지지하고 그 사이에 테프론 코팅이 형성되되,상기 스러스트 베어링과 마주하는 실린더 블럭의 둘레방향으로 홈을 형성하며, 상기 스러스트 베어링과 마주하는 상기 보스부 내측으로 홈을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사판식 압축기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제2지지부재는 상기 사판의 보스부 또는 상기 실린더블록에 대하여 상대회전방지 수단에 의하여 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 사판식 압축기.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 상대회전방지수단은 상기 제2지지부재와 상기 사판의 보스부 중 어느 하나에는 결합홈이 형성되고, 다른 하나에는 상기 결합홈에 수용되는 결합돌기가 형성되고, 서로 접촉하는 제2지지부재와 상기 실린더 블록 중 어느 하나에는 결합홈이 형성되고, 다른 하나에는 상기 결합홈에 수용되는 결합돌기가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사판식 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제2지지부재는 테프론 코팅이 형성된 스러스트 워셔인 것을 특징으로 하는 사판식 압축기.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1지지부재는 상기 사판의 보스부 또는 상기 실린더블럭에 대하여 상대회전방지 수단에 의하여 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사판식 압축기.
