Claims (32)
- 이동 엑세스 포인트 장치가 이동하는 동안, 이동 무선 사용자 단말이 패킷 스위치 통신 네트워크에 접근하도록 적어도 하나의 고정 엑세스 포인트 장치를 포함하는 상기 패킷 스위치 통신 네트워크와 함께 사용되는 상기 이동 액세스 포인트 장치에 있어서,상기 이동 무선 사용자 단말로/로부터 통신 신호들을 송수신하고, 상기 무선 사용자 단말과 상기 고정 엑세스 포인트 장치 사이의 통신 링크로써 동작하도록 상기 고정 엑세스 포인트 장치와 통신하는 무선 백홀(backhaul)을 포함하고, 상기 이동 엑세스 포인트 장치가 이동하는 동안 상기 통신 링크를 통해 상기 무선 사용자 단말이 상기 패킷 스위치 통신 네트워크로의 접근을 가능하도록 하는 적어도 하나의 송수신기; 및상기 적어도 하나의 송수신기를 수용하며, 이동 차량의 상부 또는 내부에 장착되는 조립체를 포함하고,여기서, 상기 패킷 스위치 통신 네트워크는 무선 애드-혹 피어-투-피어(ad-hoc peer to peer) 네트워크를 포함하고, 상기 이동 엑세스 포인트 장치와 상기 적어도 하나의 고정 엑세스 포인트 장치는 상기 무선 애드-혹 피어-투-피어 네트워크에서 동작하고 상기 무선 백홀을 통해 서로 통신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 액세스 포인트 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동 액세스 포인트 장치는,상기 차량 내에 위치하여 상기 차량 내에 위치한 적어도 하나의 무선 사용자 단말로부터 통신 신호를 수신하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 무선 사용자 단말의 통신 프로토콜들을 지원하기 위해 이용되는 제 1 송수신기에 전기적으로 연결되는 제1 안테나와;상기 차량의 외부에 위치하여 무선 사용자 단말, 고정 액세스 포인트 장치와 네트워크 중 적어도 하나에 통신 신호를 브로드캐스팅하고, 상기 무선 사용자 단말과 상기 고정 액세스 포인트 장치 및 상기 네트워크의 통신 프로토콜을 지원하기 위해 이용되는 제2 송수신기에 전기적으로 연결되는 제 2 안테나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 액세스 포인트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,정(constant) 전원 공급기에 연결되어 상기 제1 및 제2 송수신기에 일정한 전원을 제공하는 전원 연결기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 액세스 포인트 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 전원 연결기는 상기 차량의 상기 정 전원 공급기에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 액세스 포인트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이동 차량은 버스인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 액세스 포인트 장치.
- 이동 엑세스 포인트 장치가 이동하는 동안, 이동 무선 사용자 단말이 패킷 스위치 통신 네트워크에 접근하도록 적어도 하나의 고정 엑세스 포인트 장치를 포함하는 상기 패킷 스위치 통신 네트워크에서 이동 액세스 포인트 장치를 제공하는 방법에 있어서,이동 차량에 상기 이동 액세스 포인트 장치를 연결하는 과정과;상기 이동 엑세스 포인트 장치가 이동하는 동안, 상기 이동 엑세스 포인트 장치와 상기 무선 사용자 단말 사이에 통신 신호들을 송수신하는 과정; 및무선 백홀(backhaul)을 통해 상기 이동 엑세스 포인트 장치와 상기 고정 엑세스 포인트 장치 사이에 통신 링크를 설정하는 과정을 포함하고,여기서, 상기 이동 엑세스 포인트 장치가 이동하는 동안, 상기 통신 링크는 상기 고정 엑세스 포인트 장치를 통해 상기 무선 사용자 단말이 상기 패킷 스위치 통신 네트워크로의 접근을 제공하고,상기 패킷 스위치 통신 네트워크는 무선 애드-혹 피어-투-피어 네트워크를 포함하고, 상기 이동 엑세스 포인트 장치와 상기 적어도 하나의 고정 엑세스 포인트 장치는 상기 무선 애드-혹 피어-투-피어 네트워크에서 동작하고 상기 무선 백홀을 통해 서로 통신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.

- 제9항에 있어서,상기 이동 액세스 포인트 장치에 일정한 전원을 제공하는 과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 제공 과정은 상기 차량의 전원공급기에서 일정한 전원을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
