- 하나 이상의 폴리프로필렌, 폴리프로필렌과 혼합되지 않는 하나의 부가적 폴리머, 및 블렌드 제조용 상용화제(compatibilizer)로서 하나 이상의 블록 코폴리머의 혼합물인 폴리머 섬유를 포함하며 높은 신장성(extensibility)을 가지는 부직포 재료(non-woven material)로서,상기 블록 코폴리머는,- 이소부텐 단위를 포함하는 하나 이상의 소수성 블록(A), 및- 옥살킬렌 단위를 포함하는 하나 이상의 친수성 블록(B)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 재료.

- 하나 이상의 폴리프로필렌, 폴리프로필렌과 혼합되지 않는 하나의 부가적 폴리머, 및 블렌드 제조용 상용화제로서 하나 이상의 블록 코폴리머를 포함하는 혼합물을 사용하여 폴리머를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 높은 신장성을 가지는 부직포 재료의 제조 방법으로서,상기 블록 코폴리머는,- 이소부텐 단위를 포함하는 하나 이상의 소수성 블록(A), 및- 옥살킬렌 단위로 이루어진 하나 이상의 친수성 블록(B)을 포함하고,- 상기 폴리프로필렌과 상기 하나의 부가적 폴리머는 블렌드 제조용 상용화제의 존재 하에서 열의 작용을 받아 서로 혼합되고,- 계속해서, 상기 혼합물은 개방 또는 밀폐 공정(open or closed process)에서 섬유로 방사되고,- 상기 섬유는 소정의 장치 상에 놓여지고(laid onto),- 계속해서, 상기 섬유는 부직포 재료를 형성하기 위해, 이산 지점(discrete points)에서 열적 본딩되는(thermobonded)부직포 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 블렌드 제조용 상용화제는, 가열 상태에서, 사용되는 상기 폴리머의 일부와 먼저 혼합되고, 이로부터 얻어지는 상기 폴리머와 상기 블렌드 제조용 상용화제의 농축물이 제2 단계에서 상기 폴리머의 나머지와 서로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 부직포 재료가 115℃ 내지 160℃의 온도 범위에서 열적 본딩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 부직포 재료가 120℃ 내지 150℃의 온도 범위에서 열적 본딩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 블렌드 제조용 상용화제의 비율이 상기 혼합물의 총량에 대해 0.05 중량% 내지 5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 블렌드 제조용 상용화제의 비율이 상기 혼합물의 총량에 대해 0.1 중량% 내지 3 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 폴리프로필렌의 비율이 상기 혼합물의 총량에 대해 75 중량% 내지 98 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 폴리프로필렌의 비율이 상기 혼합물의 총량에 대해 85 중량% 내지 95 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항, 및 제3항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,일회용 제품에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 재료.
- 제26항에 있어서,상기 일회용 제품이 여성용 위생용품, 기저귀, 실금용 제품, 또는 손수건 제품 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 재료.
- 제1항, 및 제3항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 부직포 재료를 포함하는 의료용 제품.
- 제1항, 및 제3항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 부직포 재료를 포함하는 건축용 제품.
