Claims (3)
- 변압기에 설치되며 내부에는 절연유가 유입되는 중공부(31)가 형성되고 상면에는 관통공(32)이 형성된 애자(30)와, 변압기에 전기적으로 연결되며 상기 애자(30)의 내부에 고정되고 그 상단의 나사축(41)이 상기 관통공(32)을 통해 상기 애자(30)의 상부로 연장된 커넥터(40)와, 이 커넥터(40)의 나사축(41)에 결합되어 전원선을 연결할 수 있도록 된 터미널(60)을 포함하는 변압기용 부싱에 있어서;상기 나사축(41)에는 상기 애자(30)의 상단에 위치되어 상기 관통공(32)을 밀폐시키기 위한 패킹(51)과 이 패킹(51)을 가압 밀착시키기 위한 조임수단(50)이 체결되고, 상기 터미널(60)은 상기 나사축(41)에 결합되기 위한 단봉형상의 체결부(61)가 형성되어 상기 조임수단(50)이 체결된 이후에 상기 나사축(41)에 결합되며;상기 애자(30)의 상단에는 상기 관통공(32)이 저면에 형성되도록 요홈부(33)가 구비되고, 이 요홈부(33)에 상기 패킹(51)과 조임수단(50)이 내장되도록 구비되며;상기 나사축(41)에는 상기 조임수단(50)과 터미널(60)의 체결부(61) 사이에 커버부재(70)가 개재되며, 이 커버부재(70)는 상기 패킹(51) 및 조임수단(50)을 은폐하도록 상기 요홈부(33)에 충전됨과 동시에 상기 애자(30)의 측면에 다수개의 돌출부(71)를 형성하면서 상기 애자(30)의 외부를 커버하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 변압기용 부싱.
