Claims (11)
- 하이드록시기, 카르복시기, 에폭시기, 아미노기 또는 티올기 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 유기 화합물과 유기 용매를 혼합하여 혼합 용액을 제조하는 단계(S1);상기 혼합 용액에 질화알루미늄 분말을 혼합하여 슬러리를 제조하는 단계(S2);상기 슬러리를 90~180℃에서 12~24 시간 열처리하는 단계(S3); 및상기 열처리된 슬러리를 세척 후 건조하여 질화알루미늄 분말을 수득하는 단계(S4)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄 분말의 화학적 표면 개질 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 S1 단계는 상기 유기 용매 100g 당 상기 유기 화합물 1.5~4.0g을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄 분말의 화학적 표면 개질 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 S1 단계는 상기 유기 용매가 에탄올 또는 톨루엔인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄 분말의 화학적 표면 개질 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 S1 단계는 상기 유기 화합물이, 옥살산(Oxalic Acid), 말론산(Malonic Acid), 세바식산(Sebacic Acid), 시트르산(Citric Acid), 타르타르산(Tartaric Acid), 말산(Malic Acid) 또는 아세트산(Acetic Acid) 중 어느 하나인 유기산; 에폭시; 메틸아민; 또는 디티존; 중 어느 하나의 유기 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄 분말의 화학적 표면 개질 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 S4 단계는 오븐에서 110~120℃의 온도로 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄 분말의 화학적 표면 개질 방법.
- 에폭시기 또는 티올기 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 유기 화합물과 유기 용매를 혼합하여 혼합 용액을 제조하는 단계(S1);상기 혼합 용액에 질화알루미늄 분말을 혼합하여 슬러리를 제조하는 단계(S2);상기 슬러리를 열처리하는 단계(S3); 및상기 열처리된 슬러리를 세척 후 건조하여 질화알루미늄 분말을 수득하는 단계(S4)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄 분말의 화학적 표면 개질 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 S1 단계에서는 상기 유기 용매 100g 당 상기 유기 화합물 1.5~4.0g을 첨가하고,상기 S3 단계에서는 상기 슬러리를 90~180℃에서 12~24 시간 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄 분말의 화학적 표면 개질 방법.
- 질화알루미늄 분말의 표면 개질 정도를 측정하는 방법으로서,개질 전후의 질화알루미늄 분말의 비표면적의 변화 또는 개질 후의 질화알루미늄 분말 중의 산소 및 탄소의 함량을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄 분말의 표면 개질 정도 측정 방법.
- 표면 개질된 질화 알루미늄 분말에 있어서,비표면적이 개질 전 질화알루미늄의 비표면적에 비하여 0.2~1.3(㎡/g) 감소되도록 표면 개질된 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 개질된 질화알루미늄 분말.
- 표면 개질된 질화 알루미늄 분말에 있어서,개질 후 산소(O)의 함량이 중량비로 0.15~1.5%이고 탄소의 함량(C)이 중량비로 30~3000ppm가 되도록 표면 개질된 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 개질된 질화알루미늄 분말.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 질화알루미늄 분말은 수계슬립캐스팅에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 개질된 질화 알루미늄 분말.
