Abstract
Description
상기의 환톱측면절삭방법에 따라 환톱날(20)이 일정 돌출 설치된 환톱테이블(10)로 부터 지그(40)와 죔쇠(50)를 제거하고 환톱날(20)을 환톱테이블(10) 면 아래로 내린 후, 상기 환톱테이블(10) 바닥 일정 지점에 환톱날로부터 일정 이격된 회전축포인트(30p)를 첨공후, 가공재의 소정부위에 설치한 회전축(201)을 상기 회전축포인트(30p)에 끼운후, 준비된 환톱날을 가동시켜, 설정된 일정 돌출높이까지 서서히 올린 후, 회전축(201)을 기점으로 가공재를 회전시켜 회전방향가공재(200)를 완성함을 특징으로 하는 또 다른 환톱측면절삭방법에 의하여 회전반경이 큰 평판이나 목재에 반원부터 타원까지 길이방향 또는 어느 한 회전축을 중심으로 다양한 곡률의 회전방향으로 절삭 할 수 있는 유용한 발명인 것이다.
상기 실시예 1에 따른 환톱측면절삭방법에 따라, 환톱날(20)이 일정 돌출 설치된 환톱테이블(10)로 부터 지그(40)와 죔쇠(50)를 제거하고 환톱날(20)을 환톱테이블(10) 면 아래로 내린 후, 상기 환톱테이블(10) 바닥 일정 지점에 환톱날로부터 일정 이격된 회전축포인트(30p)를 첨공후, 가공재의 소정부위에 설치한 회전축(201)을 상기 회전축포인트(30p)에 끼운후, 준비된 환톱날을 가동시켜, 설정된 일정 돌출높이까지 서서히 올린 후, 회전축(201)을 기점으로 가공재를 회전시켜 회전방향가공재(200)를 완성하도록 하는 것이다.

- 절삭가공할 가공재의 요홈폭(L1)과 절삭가공깊이(H)를 감안하여,환톱테이블(10)에 설치된 반경이 'r' 인 환톱날(20)의 높이(h)를 절삭가공깊이(H)로 일치조정하는 제1단계절삭할 가공재의 요홈폭(L1) 규격대로 지그의 각도(sina=L1/c)를 측정하는 제3단계;측정된 각도대로 환톱날(20)을 기준으로 지그(40)를 세팅하여 죔쇠(50)로 지그의 양편을 환톱테이블(10)에 고정하는 제4단계;환톱날을 가동시켜 가공재를 지그에 붙여 밀어내는 최종 5단계의 공정을 통해 길이방향가공재(100)를 완성함을 특징으로 하는 환톱측면절삭방법.
