Abstract
Description
상기 단열층에는 부정형의 내화물인 캐스타블 내화물로 된 내화층을 적층하여 형성하되, 단열층과 내화층 간에는 이탈을 방지하고 열팽창을 흡수하기 위해 "Y"형 기초볼트와 "I"형 기초볼트가 결합된 앵커가 설치되며, 상기 내화층에는 팽창에 의해 이탈 및 박리되는 것을 방지하기 위해 그 중간부에 "Z"형의 이격판이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 분철 가스제어용 사이클론 밸브를 제공한다.
본 발명에서, 밸브 몸체(1) 내에 적층되는 단열층(3)은 단열될 수 있도록 부정형의 내화물인 캐스타블(castable) 내화물로 형성되는 것이며, 내화층(4)도 부정형의 내화물인 캐스타블(castable) 내화물을 사용하여 형성되어지며, 미설명부호 18은 브라켓(24)를 결합시키는 볼트이다.
상기 밸브 디스크(5)가 손상된 경우에는 밸브 디스크(5)를 오프시킨 상태에서 잠금 핀(26)을 제거하고, 스터드 볼트(11-1, 11-2)와 하부 조절 키트(22)를 풀고 난 후 밸브 스템(2-1, 2-2)을 빼어 내고, 밸브 디스크(5)를 끌어올려 새 부품으로 교환하면 된다.

- 밸브 몸체(1)와, 실린더 구동장치에 의해 작동되는 밸브 스템(2-1, 2-2)에 연결되어 회전하는 밸브 디스크(5)와, 상기 밸브 몸체(1)의 내부에 형성된 단열층(3)과, 상기 밸브 스템(2-1, 2-2)의 안쪽에 형성된 사이클로이드 형태의 질소 주입구(19-1, 19-2)와, 고온 분철 가스가 밸브 몸체(1)로 유입되지 않도록 하는 트러스트 링(12-1, 12-2)이 구비된 고온 분철 가스제어용 사이클론 밸브에 있어서,상기 단열층(3)에는 부정형의 내화물인 캐스타블 내화물로 된 내화층(4)을 적층하여 형성하되, 상기 단열층(3)과 내화층(4) 간에는 이탈을 방지하고 열팽창을 흡수하기 위해 "Y"형 기초볼트(25-1)와 "I"형 기초볼트(25-2)가 결합된 앵커(25)가 설치되며, 상기 내화층(4)에는 팽창에 의해 이탈 및 박리되는 것을 방지하기 위해 그 중간부에 "Z"형의 이격판(28)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 분철 가스제어용 사이클론 밸브.
