이하 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 토대로 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
첨부된 도 2는 본 발명에 따른 차량용 차광장치에 대한 사시도이다.
도 2에 나타낸 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 차량용 차광장치(A)는,
차량 전면 유리창의 측면 프레임에 근접 설치되는 슬라이딩부재(2)와, 상기 슬라이딩부재(2)에 결합되어 접철되는 다수의 차광부재(10)와, 상기 슬라이딩부재(2)의 하부에 설치되는 제 1횡바(61)와, 상기 제 1횡바(61)에 부착되어 대쉬보드(100)를 덮는 제 1커버(62)로 구성된 대쉬보드커버부재와, 상기 제 1횡바(61)의 단부로부터 연장되는 제 2횡바(82)와, 상기 제 2횡바(82)에 부착되어 스티어링휠의 상부를 덮는 제 2커버(84)로 구성된 보조커버부재를 포함한다.
상기 차광부재(10)는 빛의 입사량을 감소하여 운전자의 눈부심을 방지하기 위한 것으로, 슬라이딩부재(2)에 다수로 장착된 지지편(12)과, 상기 지지편(12)에 각기 부착된 차광필름(14)으로 구성된다.
따라서, 다수의 지지편(12)이 전개되면 각 차광필름(14)이 전면을 가려주어 입사되는 빛의 세기를 감소시킬 수 있다.
첨부된 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 차량용 차광장치에서 "슬라이딩부재"에 대한 분해도이다.
도 2 및 도 3에 나타낸 바와 같이, 상기 슬라이딩부재(2)는,
내측에 삽입홈(214)이 형성되고 외면에 다수의 고정공(210)이 형성되며 상단에 결합볼트(217)가 설치된 일정 길이의 제 1슬라이더(21)와, 상기 삽입홈(214)에 삽입되어 길이가 조절되며, 하단에 고정부재(9)가 설치된 제 2슬라이더(22)로 구성된다.
상기 제 1슬라이더(21)는, 일정 길이를 갖는 관체이며 내측에는 제 2슬라이더(22)를 수용하기 위한 삽입홈(214)이 형성되고, 외면에는 써포터(7)의 단부가 삽입되는 고정공(210)이 형성되며, 상기 고정공(210)의 양측면에는 써포터(7)의 꺽임부(74)가 삽입되는 걸림공(212)이 형성된다.
여기서, 상기 고정공(210)은 직사각형이며 상하부에 단턱(2101)이 형성됨으로써 삽입된 써포터(7)가 단턱(2101)에 걸려지게 되어 하방으로 쳐지는 폐단이 방지될 수 있다.
상기 제 2슬라이더(22)는 상기 제 1슬라이더(21)의 삽입홈(214)에 삽입되는 일정 길이의 막대형상이며, 하단에는 고정부재(9)가 설치된다.
상기 제 2슬라이더(22)가 제 1슬라이더(21)에 삽입된 채 승강될때 승강동작을 안내하기 위해 안내수단이 더 설치된다.
즉, 상기 안내수단은 제 2슬라이더(22)의 외면에 길이방향을 따라 형성된 레일홈(224)과, 상기 제 1슬라이더(21)의 하단에 설치되어 상기 레일홈(224)에 삽입되는 가이드핀(216)으로 구성된다.
상기 제 1슬라이더(21)의 하단에는 슬라이딩부재(2)의 길이를 설정한 후 고정시키기 위한 결합볼트(217)가 결합되며, 상기 제 2슬라이더(22)를 제 1슬라이더(21) 내에 삽입하거나 빼내어 적정한 길이를 조절한 후 상기 결합볼트(217)를 조여줌으로써 설정된 길이로 고정될 수 있다.
한편, 상기 제 1슬라이더(21)에 형성된 다수의 고정공(210) 중 어느 하나에는 차량 프레임(미도시)에 결합되는 고정클립(23)이 더 설치된다.
상기 고정클립(23)은 차량 프레임의 외측에 탄력적으로 끼워지도록 호형으로 만곡진 철선이며, 그 양단부가 외측으로 절곡되어 꺽임부(232)가 형성된 것으로, 상기 꺽임부(232)가 고정공(210)을 경유하여 걸림공(212)에 끼워져 고정된다(도 2 참조).
상기 고정클립(23)이 차량 프레임에 결합됨으로써 슬라이딩부재(2)의 지지력이 더욱 향상될 수 있고, 아울러 고정클립(23)에 악세서리를 걸어 수납할 수 있다.
아울러 상기 고정공(210)에 써포터(7)나 고정클립(23)을 삽입한 후 흔들림을 방지하기 위해 쐐기(미도시)를 박아넣을 수 있다,
첨부된 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 차량용 차광장치에서 "고정부재"에 대한 분해도이다.
도 4에 나타낸 바와 같이, 고정부재(9)는, 상기 제 2슬라이더(22)의 하단에 결합된 장착부재(92)와, 상기 장착부재(92)와 힌지결합되어 회전되는 연결부재(94)와, 상기 연결부재(94)에 끼워져 결합되어 길이조절이 가능한 제 1지지대(96)와, 상기 제 1지지대(96)의 하단에 각도조절이 가능하도록 힌지결합되며 저면이 대쉬보드 상면에 접촉되는 제 2지지대(98)로 구성된다.
상기 장착부재(92)는 후면에 상기 제 1횡바(61)의 일단이 결합되도록 제 1 및 제 2볼커넥터(921,922)가 형성되고, 일측에 호형의 끼움편(924)이 형성된다.
상기 제 1 및 제 2볼커넥터(921,922)는 원통형으로 돌출된 보스(920)와, 상기 보스(920) 내에 구형으로 형성된 끼움홈(925)과, 상기 끼움홈(925)의 양측에 형성된 절개홈(926)으로 구성된다.
상기 끼움홈(925)은 제 1횡바(61)의 끼움구체(614)가 끼워져 360°회전이 가능하도록 반구형으로 오목하게 형성되고, 상기 절개홈(926)은 제 1횡바(61)의 끼움구체(614)의 삽입이 용이하도록 탄성을 주기 위해 형성된 것이다.
상기 연결부재(94)는 상기 장착부재(92)의 끼움편(924)이 삽입되는 홈(944)을 가지며 호형으로 형성된 끼움부(942)가 일측에 형성되고, 타측에는 단면이 "H"의 레일(946)이 형성되어 이루어진다.
상기 제 1지지대(96)는 장방형의 판상이며, 일측에 상기 레일(946)에 결합되는 끼움홈(962)이 형성된 것으로, 상하로 이동이 가능하여 길이를 조절할 수 있다.
상기 제 1 및 제 2지지대(96,98)는 각도조절수단에 의해 적절한 사잇각이 유지될 수 있다. 즉, 전면 유리창(300)과 대쉬보드(100)의 사잇각에 맞도록 각도를 조절할 수 있고, 조절된 각도를 유지할 수 있도록 하였다.
상기 각도조절수단을 좀 더 상세하게 살펴보면, 도 4에 나타낸 바와 같이, 제 1지지대(96)의 측면에 형성되며 상면에 제 1치차부(952)를 갖는 하부체(951)와, 상기 하부체(951)에 돌출된 끼움돌기(953)와, 상기 제 2지지대(98)의 측면에 형성되어 상기 끼움돌기(953)가 삽입되며, 일면에 상기 제 1치차부(952)에 대응되는 제 2치차부(981)가 형성된 끼움관(982)과, 상기 제 1 및 제 2치차부(981,982)를 상호 밀착시키는 탄성수단으로 구성된다.
상기 탄성수단은, 상기 끼움관(982) 내에 삽입되어 내부의 환턱(983)에 전단이 지지되는 코일스프링(954)과, 상기 끼움관(982) 내에 삽입되어 코일스프링(954)의 후단을 지지하는 와셔(956)와, 상기 와셔(956)를 관통하여 끼움돌기(953)의 단부에 나사결합되어 상기 코일스프링(954)을 가압하는 나사(957)로 구성된다.
상기 제 1치차부(952)와 제 2치차부(981)는 서로 치합된 상태이므로 제 1 및 제 2지지대(96,98)의 각도조절이 가능하게 된다.
한편, 상기 제 2지지대(98)가 접하는 대쉬보드(100)에 스피커와 같은 돌출물이 있을 경우에는 밀착상태가 유지되기 어려우므로 이러한 상황을 보완하기 위해 제 3지지대(93)를 고정부재(9)에 연결하여 지지위치를 변경시킬 수 있다.
첨부된 도 5는 본 발명에 따른 차량용 차광장치에서 "제 3지지대"에 대한 분해도이다.
도 5에 나타낸 바와 같이, 장착부재(92)의 하부에는 대시보드(100)의 상면과 지지되는 제 3지지대(93)가 더 연결된다.
상기 제 3지지대(93)는, 내측에 나사결합홈이 형성되고, 상부에 일정 길이의 상부봉체(933)가 형성되며, 상기 상부봉체(933)의 상단에 결합구체(934)가 형성된 암체결부재(932)와, 상기 나사결합홈에 결합되는 나사부가 외주면에 형성되고, 하부에 일정 길이의 하부봉체(937)가 형성되며, 상기 하부봉체(937)의 하단에 결합구체(938)가 형성된 숫체결부재(936)와, 상기 숫체결부재(936)의 결합구체(938)가 결합되는 제 4볼커넥터(939)를 갖는 받침대(931)로 구성되어, 상기 암체결부재(932)와 숫체결부재(936)가 나사결합되어 이루어진다.
따라서, 상기 암,숫체결부재(932,936) 간의 조임 및 풀림조작에 의해 전체 길이의 조절이 가능하게 되고, 제 4볼커넥터(939)를 축으로 하여 받침대(931)를 회전시켜 적절한 접지위치를 설정할 수 있다.
첨부된 도 6은 본 발명에 따른 차량용 차광장치에서 "제 3지지대"의 다른실시예를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 6에 나타낸 바와 같이, 제 3지지대(93a)는, 손으로 잡고 돌릴 수 있는 핸들(932a)과, 상기 핸들(932a)의 상부에 형성되며 상단에 결합구체(934a)가 형성된 일정 길이의 상부봉체(933a)와, 외면에 나사가 형성되고 하부에 나사결합된 결합구체(938a)를 갖는 일정 길이의 하부봉체(937a)와, 상기 하부봉체(937a)의 결합구체(938a)가 결합되는 제 4볼커넥터(939a)를 갖는 받침대(931a)로 구성되어, 상기 핸들(932a)의 시계/반시계방향의 회전에 의해 길이의 조절이 가능하게 되고, 제 4볼커넥터(939a)를 축으로 하여 받침대(931a)를 회전시켜 적절한 접지위치를 설정할 수 있다.
한편, 종래에는 슬라이딩부재(2)의 상단을 접착테잎이나 진공흡착판을 사용하여 유리창에 고정시켰으나, 기후변화가 심한 경우 유리창이 급격히 고온상태이거나 저온상태를 반복함에 따라 접착테잎이나 진공흡착판은 물성이 변화되어 접착력이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 슬라이딩부재(2)의 상단을 선바이저(200)의 볼트(210)와 기구적으로 연결시킴으로써 온도변화에 무관하게 고정상태가 유지될 수 있도록 하였다.
즉, 슬라이딩부재(2)의 제 1슬라이더(21) 상단에는 선바이저(200)와 연결되기 위한 연결부재(4)가 더 설치된다.
첨부된 도 7은 본 발명에 따른 차량용 차광장치에서 "연결부재"를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 7에 나타낸 바와 같이, 상기 연결부재(4)는, 일정 길이를 가지며 내구성을 갖는 금속 또는 합성수지재로 형성된 일정 길이의 편체이며, 일단에는 상기 슬라이딩부재(2)의 상부에 결합되는 제 1체결부(42)가 형성되고, 타단에는 전면 선바이저(200)에 결합되는 제 2체결부(44)가 형성된다.
즉, 상기 연결부재(4)의 제 1체결부(42)를 결합시키기 위해 제 1슬라이더(21)의 상부에 육각볼트(218)를 체결하고, 상기 육각볼트(218)에 결합볼트(219)를 체결시키되, 상기 결합볼트(219)에 제 1체결부(42)를 결합시켜 된 이중결합구조로 구성된다.
따라서, 상기 육각볼트(218) 및 결합볼트(219)의 조임 및 풀림조작에 의해 제 1체결부(42)의 높이를 조절할 수 있어 연결부재(4)의 긴장상태를 적절하게 유지할 수 있다.
한편, 도 2 및 도 4를 참조하면, 제 1횡바(61)는 제 1커버(62)를 고정시키기 위한 수단으로써, 양단부에 끼움구체(612,614)가 형성된 일정 길이를 갖는 봉체이다.
즉, 일단의 끼움구체(614)는 상기 장착부재(92)의 제 1볼커넥터(921)에 연결되고, 타단의 끼움구체(612)는 제 1연결구(3)의 제 3볼커넥터(343)에 연결된다.
제 1횡바(61)는 끼움구체(612,614)와 제 1볼커넥터(921) 및 제 3볼커넥터(343)의 결합구조에 의해 360°회전이 가능하므로 어떤 방향으로든지 각도 조절이 용이하다.
상기 제 1커버(62)는 대쉬보드(100)를 덮기 위한 한 겹의 천 또는 합성수지판재로써 상기 제 1횡바(61)로부터 탈부착이 가능하도록 양단부에 벨크로파스너 또는 스냅파스너와 같은 부착수단(622)이 구비된다.
첨부된 도 8은 본 발명에서 제 1커버의 다른 실시예를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 8에 나타낸 바와 같이, 제 1커버(62a)는 장변이 접힌 채 두 겹으로 형성된다.
즉, 하부면(623)은 대쉬보드(100)를 덮도록 하고, 상부면은 전개되어 그 끝단에 형성된 걸고리(625)를 제 1슬라이드부재(21)의 고정공(210)에 걸어 고정시킴으로써 주차 중 차광기능을 하도록 하고, 아울러 제 1커버(62)의 내면에 광고문안을 삽입함으로써 광고판의 기능을 할 수 있게 된다.
첨부된 도 9는 본 발명에 따른 차량용 차광장치에서 "제 1연결구"를 분해하여 상부에서 내려다 본 도면이다.
도 9에 나타낸 바와 같이, 상기 제 1연결구(3)는, 상기 슬라이딩부재(2)에 연결되는 써포터(7)와, 상기 제 1횡바(61)의 단부에 연결되어 써포터(7)와 제 1횡바(61)를 고정시키게 된다.
제 1연결구(3)는, 양측면에 써포터 삽입공(322)이 형성되고, 내측에 써포터 고정돌기(324)가 형성된 상부체(32)와,
하부면에 제 3볼커넥터(343)가 형성되고, 일측면에 끼움돌기(345)가 형성된 하부체(34)로 구성된 것이며, 상기 상부체(32)와 하부체(34)를 맞결합시켜 이루어진다.
상기 끼움돌기(345)는 후술될 제 2연결구(5)를 결합시키기 위한 수단으로써, 외주에 제 3치차부(346)가 형성되고, 상기 제 3볼커넥터(343)와는 90°의 각을 유지하도록 형성됨이 바람직하다(도 9 참조).
상기 제 3볼커넥터(343)는 상기 제 1 및 제 2볼커넥터(921,922)와 동일한 구조이므로 이에 대한 상세 설명은 생략한다.
상기 써포터(7)는 슬라이딩부재(2)와 제 1연결구(3)를 연결시키기 위한 수단으로써 제 1연결구(3)를 보다 견고하게 유지하기 위한 것이다.
도 2 및 도 9에 나타낸 바와 같이, 상기 써포터(7)는 일정 길이의 철선을 절곡시켜 일단에는 상기 써포터 고정돌기(324)의 외주에 끼워지는 원형의 고리부(72)가 형성되고, 타단의 양측을 외측으로 절곡시켜 상기 제 1슬라이더(21)의 고정공(210)에 삽입된 후 걸림공(212)에 걸려지는 꺽임부(74)가 형성되어 이루어진다.
첨부된 도 10 및 도 11은 본 발명에 따른 차량용 차광장치에서 "제 2연결구"를 나타낸 분해도이다.
도 12는 본 발명에 따른 차량용 차광장치에서 "제 1 및 제 2연결구"의 결합된 상태를 나타낸 것으로, 도 2의 "I-I"선 단면도이다.
제 1연결구(3)의 끼움돌기(345)에는 제 2횡바(82)를 연결시키기 위한 제 2연결구(5)가 결합된다.
도 10 내지 도 12에 나타낸 바와 같이, 상기 제 2연결구(5)는, 내측에 상기 제 1연결구(3)의 끼움돌기(345)와 끼워지는 끼움공(52)이 형성되고, 외측에는 각도조절수단(51)이 설치되어 각도 조절이 가능하도록 한 것이고, 측면에는 제 2횡바(82)의 단부를 끼울 수 있도록 슬릿(54)이 형성되고, 타측에는 걸림홈(56)이 대칭되게 형성되어 이루어진다.
상기 각도조절수단(51)은 360°회전이 가능하고, 결정된 각도를 항상 유지할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것으로, 상기 끼움돌기(345)의 제 3치차부(346)에 치합되도록 상기 끼움공(52)의 외주에 형성된 제 4치차부(521)와, 상기 제 2연결구(5)의 외측 홈(55)의 내턱(552)에 삽입되어 일단이 지지되는 코일스프링(512)과, 상기 코일스프링(512)의 타단을 지지하도록 삽입되는 와셔(514)와, 상기 와셔(514) 및 코일스프링(512)을 가압하도록 홈(55)에 결합되는 나사(516) 및 캡(517)로 구성된다.
따라서, 상기 제 2연결구(5)가 제 1연결구(3)에 끼워진 상태에서 회전시키면 상기 제 2연결구(5)는 360°회전이 가능하고, 결정된 각도를 항상 유지할 수 있게 된다.
상기 제 2횡바(82)는 일정 길이의 철선을 절곡시켜 일단에는 고리부(824)가 형성되고, 타단의 양측을 외측으로 절곡시켜 상기 제 2연결구(5)의 슬릿(54)에 삽입된 후 상기 걸림홈(56)에 걸려져 고정되는 꺽임부(826)가 형성되어 이루어진다.
상기 제 2횡바(82)에는 제 2커버(84)가 탈착가능하도록 설치된다.
상기 제 2커버(84)는 전술한 제 1커버(62)와 동일한 재질로 이루어지며, 주된 용도는 스티어링휠 및 운전자의 하체에 조사되는 햇빛을 차단시키기 위한 것으로, 상기 제 2연결구(5)에 설치된 제 2횡바(82)를 360°회전시켜 임의의 각도로 설정할 수 있다(도 14 참조).
이하 본 발명의 결합 및 작동관계를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
첨부된 도 13은 본 발명에 따른 차량용 차광장치의 설치예를 나타낸 사시도이고, 도 14는 상기 도 13에 대한 측면도이다.
도 2 내지 도 14에 나타낸 바와 같이, 제 1슬라이더(21)의 일측면에 다수의 차광부재(10)를 장착하여 접철이 가능하도록 한다.
즉, 제 1슬라이더(21)의 삽입홈(214)에 제 2슬라이더(22)를 끼우고, 제 1슬라이더(21)의 하단에 가이드핀(216)을 설치하여 그 선단이 제 2슬라이더(22)의 레일홈(224)에 삽입되도록 하여 승강작동이 가능하도록 한다.
이후, 제 2슬라이더(22)의 하단에 장착부재(92)를 결합시키고, 상기 장착부재(92)에 연결부재(94)와 제 1 및 제 2지지대(96,98)를 연결하여 고정부재(9)를 설치한다.
이렇게 조립된 슬라이딩부재(2)를 차량 전면 유리창의 좌측 및 우측 프레임에 인접시켜 각기 설치한다.
즉, 제 1슬라이더(21)의 상단에 결합된 결합볼트(219)에 연결부재(4)의 제 1체결부(42)를 결합시키고, 연결부재(4)의 제 2체결부(44)는 유리창 상단에 설치된 선바이저(200)의 볼트(210)에 체결시켜 상부를 고정한다.
이후, 슬라이딩부재(2)를 유리창(300)의 내면에 접지시킨 상태에서 고정부재(9)의 제 2지지대(98)를 적절한 각도로 펼쳐 대쉬보드(100)의 상면에 접지되도록 함으로써 고정되도록 한다.
이때, 대쉬보드(100)가 평탄하지 못하여 제 2지지대(98)가 밀착상태를 유지할 수 없는 경우에는 제 3지지대(93,93a)를 보조 수단으로 사용한다.
즉, 제 3지지대(93,93a)의 상부 결합구체(934,934a)를 장착부재(92)의 제 2볼커넥터(922)에 끼우고, 암,숫체결부재(932,936) 또는 핸들(932a)를 회전시켜 길이를 조절한 후 받침대(931,931a)가 대쉬보드(100)에 접지되도록 한다.
이때, 받침대(931,931a)는 제 4볼커넥터(939,939a)에 의해 회전이 가능하므로 어떤 자세로든 설치가 가능한 것이다.
이후, 고정클립(23)을 차량 프레임에 끼워 고정시킴으로써 슬라이딩부재(2)의 고정력이 더욱 향상될 수 있고, 아울러 악세서리의 거치도 가능하게 된다.
이렇게 슬라이딩부재(2)의 고정작업이 완료된 후, 제 1슬라이더(21)의 고정공(210)에 써포터(7)의 꺽임부(74)를 삽입하고, 상기 꺽임부(74)를 걸림공(212)에 끼워 결합시킨다.
이후, 상기 써포터(7)의 고리부(72)는 제 1연결구(3)의 써포터 고정돌기(324)에 걸어 결합시킨 후 제 3볼커넥터(343)에 제 1횡바(61)의 일단의 끼움구체(612)를 끼워 결합시키고, 타단의 끼움구체(614)는 장착부재(92)의 제 1볼커넥터(921)에 끼워 결합시킨다.
이렇게 유리창(300)의 좌측 및 우측에 설치된 각 슬라이딩부재(2)에 각기 제 1횡바(61)를 설치하고, 이렇게 설치된 양측의 제 1횡바(61)에 제 1커버(62)의 양단부를 부착시킴으로써 대쉬보드(100)를 가릴 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기 제 1연결구(3)의 끼움돌기(345)에 제 2연결구(5)를 결합시킨 후 제 2연결구(5)를 회전시켜 적절한 각도를 유지하도록 한다.
이후, 상기 제 2연결구(5)의 슬릿(54)을 통해 제 2횡바(82)의 일단에 마련된 꺽임부(826)를 삽입한 후 걸림홈(56)에 걸어 결합시킨다.
이와 같이 조립된 제 2횡바(82)에는 제 2커버(84)를 부착시켜 스티어링휠 및 운전자를 가려줄 수 있게 된다.
