Detailed Description
The technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A first embodiment of the sun-shading car cover is shown in fig. 1 to 4, and comprises a sun shade 10, a U-shaped bracket 20 and a positioning member 30; the sunshade cover 10 is provided with a plurality of U-shaped brackets 20, and the end parts of the two ends of each U-shaped bracket 20 are hinged with each other, so that the plurality of U-shaped brackets 20 can control the sunshade cover 10 to unfold and store through overturning; the positioning member 30 is connected to the sunshade 10, when the sunshade covers the car 40, the positioning member 30 fixes the sunshade to the rear mirror 41 of the car 40, and an airflow channel 50 is left between the sunshade 10 and the car 40 in the unfolded state.
The main function of the sunshade 10 is to shield the car 40 from sunlight so as to prevent the car 40 from being directly irradiated by sunlight, so the sunshade 10 can be preferably made of a material with better heat insulation effect, for example, a reflective film is disposed on the outer surface of the sunshade 10, thereby reducing the heat absorption of the sunshade 10.
Regarding the U-shaped bracket 20, in order to realize the connection and fixation with the sunshade 10, a bracket sleeve may be disposed on the sunshade 10, and the shape of the bracket sleeve matches the shape of the U-shaped bracket 20, so that the U-shaped bracket 20 can conveniently pass through the bracket sleeve to realize the connection and fixation between the U-shaped bracket 20 and the sunshade 10, and the U-shaped bracket 20 can conveniently support the sunshade 10 in the extended state.
In addition, in order to facilitate the use and the overall storage of the sun-shading car cover, the rigidity of the U-shaped brackets 20 arranged close to the outer edges of the two sides of the sun-shading cover 10 is higher than that of the other U-shaped brackets 20, and the U-shaped brackets 20 can be bent and restored in shape.
Taking fig. 2 as an example, at this time, the sunshade vehicle cover is in an extended state, the U-shaped brackets 20 on the left and right sides of the sunshade vehicle cover have high rigidity, so that the shape of the sunshade vehicle cover is conveniently positioned and fixed, and the other U-shaped brackets 20 have low rigidity, so that the U-shaped brackets 20 can be conveniently rolled to integrally store the sunshade vehicle cover.
Regarding the positioning member 30, the purpose of the positioning member is to fix the position between the sunshade car cover and the car 40, taking fig. 4 as an example, at this time, the positioning member 30 is already fixed with the rear-view mirror 41 of the car 40, and the car owner can rapidly unfold the sunshade car cover by driving the U-shaped bracket 20 to turn clockwise; similarly, at this time, as long as the car owner carries out anticlockwise turning on the U-shaped bracket 20, the sunshade car cover can be rapidly stored, that is, the positioning piece 30 is arranged, so that the sunshade car cover is more convenient to use.
The fastening of the fastening member 30 to the rearview mirror 41 of the automobile 40 is not exclusive, for example, in this embodiment, the fastening member 30 is a strap, one end of the strap is fastened to the inner surface of the sunshade 10, and the strap is used to fasten the rearview mirror 41 of the automobile 40.
Specifically, the binding band can be arranged at a position adjacent to one end of the sunshade 10, so that the binding band and the automobile 40 reverse mirror 41 can be aligned and bound tightly, and after the binding band and the automobile 40 reverse mirror 41 are bound tightly, the relative position of the sunshade car cover and the automobile 40 can be fixed, so that the car owner can conveniently unfold and store the sunshade car cover.
Of course, as shown in fig. 5, the binding band 31 may be bound with the rearview mirror 41 by knotting, as shown in fig. 6, or the binding band 31 may be provided with a magic tape 32 for adhesion, as shown in fig. 7, or the binding band 31 may be provided with a buckle 33, after the binding band 31 is wound around the rearview mirror 41 for one turn, the buckle 33 is buckled with the binding band 31 for fixation, that is, the positioning member 30 has various implementation forms, and a technician may select the positioning member according to requirements.
When the sun-shading car cover is applied, the sun-shading cover 10 and the car 40 are separated from each other, so that an air flow channel 50 is formed between the sun-shading cover 10 and the car 40, the structure has the advantages that the sun-shading cover 10 cannot be directly contacted with the car 40, namely, heat absorbed by the sun-shading cover 10 cannot be directly transferred to the car 40, so that the heating speed of the car 40 is reduced, and due to the formation of the air flow channel 50, the heat is easily discharged through the air flow channel 50, namely, the heat dissipation efficiency is improved at the same time, and the problem that the existing car cover is poor in heat insulation effect is practically solved; moreover, the sun-shading vehicle cover is not limited to sun shading, for example, heavy snow weather often occurs in the north, and at the moment, after the sun-shading vehicle cover is used for shading the vehicle 40, the heavy snow can be prevented from directly covering the vehicle 40, so that the vehicle 40 is protected.
It should be noted that, since the external shape of the automobile 40 generally has relevant dimension specifications, that is, the length, width and height of the automobile 40 are mostly within a predetermined range, when the sunshade vehicle cover is produced and designed, the external dimension of the sunshade vehicle cover is enlarged within the range so that the sunshade cover 10 and the side and top surfaces of the automobile 40 have spaces separated from each other, so that the air flow channel 50 can be ensured between the sunshade vehicle cover and the automobile 40.
A second embodiment of the sun visor vehicle cover is shown in fig. 8 and 9, which is substantially identical to the first embodiment of the sun visor vehicle cover except that a plurality of U-shaped brackets 20 are provided at their hinges with folding joints 60, and the folding joints 60 in the unfolded state are used to maintain the sun visor 10 in the unfolded state.
The folding joint 60 generally has two rotating members 61 hinged to each other, and when the two rotating members 61 rotate to form a specific angle (e.g. 180 °), the two rotating members 61 trigger a specific mechanical structure, so that the relative positions of the two rotating members 61 are fixed, and the fixed state of the two rotating members 61 can be released only by applying a large external force.
For example, in this embodiment, the U-shaped bracket 20 disposed near the end of the sunshade 10 can be connected and fixed with the rotating member 61 of the folding joint 60, so that the rotation of the U-shaped bracket 20 can drive the rotating member 61 to rotate, and when the two outermost U-shaped brackets 20 are rotated to have an included angle of 180 °, the two rotating members 61 will enter a state of fixed relative positions, thereby maintaining the unfolded state of the sunshade 10 and avoiding the situation that the sunshade is automatically returned to the storage state.
A third embodiment of the sun visor vehicle cover is shown in fig. 10 and 11, which is substantially identical to the first embodiment of the sun visor vehicle cover except that a damping force joint 70 is provided at the hinge of the plurality of U-shaped brackets 20, and the damping force joint 70 is used to maintain the sun visor 10 in the unfolded state.
The damping force joint 70 can maintain its own rotation state, for example, after the U-shaped bracket 20 is connected to the damping force joint 70, if the turning angle of the U-shaped bracket 20 changes, the damping force joint 70 can generate a damping force to keep the U-shaped bracket 20 in the turning state, so that the sunshade 10 can be maintained in the unfolded state, and the sunshade can be prevented from being returned to the storage state by itself.
A fourth embodiment of the sun-shading car cover is shown in fig. 12, which is substantially identical to the first embodiment of the sun-shading car cover, except that a theft-proof string 81 is connected to the sun shade 10, and the theft-proof string 81 is used for clamping the door of the car 40; for example, the anti-theft string 81 may be fixedly connected to the inner surface of the sunshade 10, and if the anti-theft string 81 is disposed near the front door of the automobile 40, the anti-theft string 81 may be inserted into the automobile 40 after the front door is opened, and at this time, the anti-theft string 81 may be clamped by the front door of the automobile 40 only by closing the front door, thereby enhancing the connection stability of the sunshade with the automobile 40.
It should be noted that, since the sunshade car cover is already connected to the rearview mirror 41 by the positioning member 30, the sunshade car cover is already connected and fixed to the vicinity of the front end of the car 40, and the anti-theft rope 81 at this time can be preferably arranged at a position adjacent to the rear door of the car 40, so that the sunshade car cover can be connected and fixed to the front end and the rear end of the car 40, the installation firmness of the sunshade car cover is further enhanced, and the sunshade car cover is also prevented from being stolen.
Of course, the anti-theft rope 81 is not limited to be disposed on one side of the sunshade vehicle cover, but may be disposed on both sides of the sunshade vehicle cover instead, that is, the anti-theft rope 81 may be disposed at the same time at the positions of the sunshade vehicle cover adjacent to the front door and the rear door, and the technician may select the anti-theft rope according to the requirement.
A fifth embodiment of the sun visor vehicle cover is shown in fig. 13, which is substantially identical to the first embodiment of the sun visor vehicle cover except that a tire fixing cord 82 is attached to the sun visor 10, the tire fixing cord 82 being adapted to be fastened to the tire 42 of the vehicle 40; for example, one end of the tire fastening string 82 may be connected and fixed to the lower side of the sunshade 10, and after the tire fastening string 82 is fastened to the tire 42 of the car 40, the stability of the connection between the sunshade and the car 40 may be enhanced.
It should be noted that, since the sunshade covering is already connected to the rearview mirror 41 by the positioning member 30, the sunshade covering is already connected and fixed to the front end of the automobile 40, and the tire fixing rope 82 at this time can be preferably arranged at a position adjacent to the rear wheel of the automobile 40, so that the sunshade covering can be connected and fixed to the front end and the rear end of the automobile 40, and the installation firmness of the sunshade covering is further enhanced.
