Claims (7)
- 골재 크기의 클링커애쉬 표면에 코팅층이 형성된 것으로,상기 코팅층은 시멘트 50~70 중량%, 물 20~10 중량%, 표준체 100번(체눈 크기 150㎛)을 통과하는 미분말 클링커애쉬 10~30 중량%로 포함하여 조성된 코팅재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커애쉬를 이용한 고성능 경량골재.
- 제1항에서,상기 코팅재는 시멘트에 대하여 1~2중량%의 고성능감수제가 더 포함되어 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커애쉬를 이용한 고성능 경량골재.
- (a)골재 크기의 클링커애쉬를 선별하여 믹서기에 투입하는 단계;(b)시멘트 50~70 중량%, 물 20~10 중량%, 표준체 100번(체눈 크기 150㎛)을 통과하는 미분말 클링커애쉬 10~30 중량%로 포함하여 조성된 코팅재를 믹서기에 투입하여 교반하는 단계; 그리고,(c)교반물을 양생하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커애쉬를 이용한 고성능 경량골재 제조방법.
- 제3항에서,상기 (a)단계의 클링커애쉬와 상기 (b)단계의 코팅재는 각각 70~80 부피%와 20~30 부피%로 준비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커애쉬를 이용한 고성능 경량골재 제조방법.
- 제3항에서,상기 (c)단계 후에 상기 (b)단계와 (c)단계가 반복하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커애쉬를 이용한 고성능 경량골재 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에서,상기 (b)단계는,(b1)시멘트와 물이 혼합된 시멘트페이스트를 믹서기에 투입한 후 1차 교반하는 단계;(b2)미분말 클링커애쉬를 믹서기에 투입하여 2차 교반하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커애쉬를 이용한 고성능 경량골재 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에서,상기 (c)단계에는 양생물을 믹서기에 투입한 후 믹서기를 간헐적으로 가동하는 과정이 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클링커애쉬를 이용한 고성능 경량골재 제조방법.
