Claims (3)
- BiFeO3-Bi(Zn1/2Ti1/2)O3로 나타내는 세라믹 조성물로서, 상기 식에서 Bi(Zn1/2Ti1/2)O3가 2.5 내지 20mole% 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페로브스카이트 첨가물을 이용한 BiFeO3 세라믹스의 조성물.
- 페로브스카이트 첨가물을 이용한 BiFeO3 세라믹스의 제조방법에 있어서,Bi2O3, Fe2O3, ZnO, TiO2 분말들을 소정의 조성에 맞게 칭량하고 혼합한 후 에탄올에 담아서 밀링하는 단계와;상기 밀링한 분말을 60 내지 90℃ 오븐에서 건조시키고 760℃에서 2시간 동안 하소하는 단계와;상기 하소된 분말을 다시 재 밀링하고 분말을 성형을 위한 결합제로서 Polyvinyl Alcohol(PVA) 5 wt% 수용액을 분말에 0.5 wt%를 첨가하여 혼합하고 성형하는 단계와;상기 성형된 시료를 820℃에서 2시간 동안 소결하는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페로브스카이트 첨가물을 이용한 BiFeO3 세라믹스의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 BiFeO3와 동일한 결정 구조인 페로브스카이트 결정 구조를 갖는 Bi(Zn1/2Ti1/2)O3의 첨가물을 이용하여 고상반응법 또는 졸겔 화학적 방법으로 제조되어 누설 전류를 감소시키고 강유전 특성을 향상시키어 알갱이의 성장과정을 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 페로브스카이트 첨가물을 이용한 BiFeO3 세라믹스의 제조방법.
