- (1) 합성수지관을 원통 형상의 성형롤 표면에 코일형으로 권회하는 단계;(2) 상기 코일형으로 권회된 합성수지관의 표면을 랩핑(wrapping)하는 단계;(3) 상기 랩핑(wrapping)이 완료된 코일형으로 권회된 합성수지관을 숙성시키는 단계;(4) 상기 숙성이 완료된 코일형 합성수지관의 표면에 있는 랩(wrap)을 제거하는 단계;(5) 상기 랩(wrap)이 제거된 코일형 합성수지관과 원통 형상의 성형롤을 분리하는 단계; 및(6) 상기 원통 형상의 성형롤과 분리된 코일형 합성수지관의 일 말단과 직선형의 합성수지관을 연결하되, 상기 직선형의 합성수지관은 상기 코일형 합성수지관의 내부를 통과하도록 연결하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 지열 회수용 코일형 합성수지관의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 '단계 (1)'에서 원통형의 성형롤 표면에 권회되는 합성수지관의 재질은 PE-RT(Polyethylene Raised Temperature) 또는 PB(Polybutene)인 것을 특징으로 하는 지열 회수용 코일형 합성수지관의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 '단계 (3)'의 랩핑(wrapping)이 완료된 코일형으로 권회된 합성수지관 의 숙성은 1일 내지 7일 동안 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 지열 회수용 코일형 합성수지관의 제조방법.
