- 삭제
- 표준 압력계와 교정대상 압력계가 연결되는 측정배관과 연결되는 압력 유입관과,상기 압력 유입관에 설치되어 측정배관의 압력을 측정하는 압력 측정부와,상기 압력 유입관에 설치되어 가열 또는 냉각을 행하는 온도 발생부와,상기 압력 측정부에서 측정되는 압력값과 사용자가 입력한 압력값을 비교하여 압력차이에 대응하는 온도값으로 상기 온도 발생부의 온도 발생을 제어하는 압력-온도 제어부를 포함하는 압력 미세 안정화 장치에 있어서,상기 온도 발생부는 펠티에 효과를 이용한 열전소자로 구성하고,상기 온도 발생부를 구성하는 열전소자는 상기 압력 유입관의 외주를 1/2로 나누어 한쪽에는 압력 유입관과 접하도록 냉각부가 안쪽에 위치하고 가열부가 바깥쪽에 위치하는 쌍으로 설치하고, 다른 쪽에는 압력유입관과 접하도록 가열부가 안쪽에 위치하고 냉각부가 바깥쪽에 위치하는 쌍으로 설치하는 압력 미세 안정화 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 압력-온도 제어부와 온도 발생부 사이에는 상기 압력-온도 제어부의 제 어신호에 따라 상기 열전소자의 각 쌍에 선택적으로 전원을 공급하는 전원장치를 설치하는 압력 미세 안정화 장치.
