Abstract
인체에 무해하고 친환경적인 재료를 주 원료로 하여 혼합, 성형 건조 공정을 통하여 제조되는 천연재료를 이용한 건축용 건식 몰탈의 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 황토를 포함한 마사토를 건조로에 투입하여 800~1000℃의 온도에서 이물질을 제거하고, 황토를 포함한 마사토의 수분 제거를 통한 중량을 감소시킨 다음, 분쇄기에 투입 200~300메쉬로 분쇄한다. 분쇄된 황토를 포함한 마사토 분말 70~80 중량%, 포틀랜드 시멘트 분말 10~20중량%, 분말 접착제 9~20 중량%, 천연 또는 합성섬유 0.5~2중량% 및 향기분말 0.5~5중량%를 혼합기에 투입하여 투입된 재료의 혼합을 완료하여 건축용 건식 몰탈을 제조한다. 본 발명은 천연재료의 향을 영구적으로 배출하기 위하여 기호에 따라 천궁, 당귀등 한약재 또는 로즈마리, 라벤더등 허브중에 선택된 1종을 분쇄한 향기분말이 첨가되어 가정이나 공공주택에서 인테리어등의 시공시에 별도의 향기나는 제품을 교체할 번거로움 없이 영구적으로 곰팡이 냄새나 건물내부에서 발생하는 모든 잡냄새를 제거할 수 있다.Disclosed is a method of manufacturing dry mortar using natural materials, which are manufactured through a mixing and molding drying process, using materials that are harmless to human bodies and environment-friendly.
