Claims (10)
- 유동층 반응기를 이용하여 기상 발열 반응을 행할 경우의 온도 제어 방법으로서,상기 유동층 반응기는 20평방미터를 초과하지 않는 유효 단면적마다 제열관(除熱管) 및 온도 검출기를 가지며, 상기 온도 검출기에 의해 검출된 온도가 설정 온도를 벗어날 경우, 상기 제열관의 제열 능력을 조정하고, 상기 유효 단면적마다 온도를 제어하는 공정을 포함하는 온도 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기상 발열 반응을 행하는 온도 범위에 있어서, 총 반응열이 50∼2500kJ/mol(원료)이며, 상기 총 반응열의 온도에 대한 편미분 계수가 0.2∼40kJ/mol(원료)·K인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 기상 발열 반응은 프로판 및 프로필렌 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 원료로 하는 기상 암모 산화 반응(ammo oxidation)이며, 반응의 생성물이 아크릴로니트릴인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 기상 발열 반응은 n-부탄, 1-부텐, 2-부텐, 부타디엔, 벤젠으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 원료로 하는 기상 산화 반응이며, 반응의 생성물이 무수말레산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 기상 발열 반응은 i-부텐 및 i-부탄 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 원료로 하는 기상 암모 산화 반응이며, 반응의 생성물이 메타크릴로니트릴인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 기상 발열 반응은 o-크실렌 및 나프탈렌 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 원료로 하는 기상 산화 반응이며, 반응의 생성물이 무수프탈산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 기상 발열 반응은 페놀 및 메탄올을 원료로 하는 기상 알킬화 반응이며, 반응의 생성물이 2,6-크실레놀 및 o-크레졸 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 기상 발열 반응은 메탄 및 메탄올 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 원료로 하는 기상 암모 산화 반응이며, 반응의 생성물이 시안화수소산(HCN)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 기상 발열 반응은 에탄, 에텐, 에탄올로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 원료로 하는 기상 암모 산화 반응이며, 반응의 생성물이 아세토니트릴인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 유동층 반응기를 이용한 목적 화합물의 제조 방법으로서,(a) 촉매를 충전한 상기 유동층 반응기에 원료를 공급하고, 기상 발열 반응을 행하는 공정,(b) 상기 유동층 반응기는 20평방미터를 초과하지 않는 유효 단면적마다 제열관 및 온도 검출기를 가지며, 상기 온도 검출기에 의해 검출된 온도가 설정 온도를 벗어날 경우, 상기 제열관의 제열 능력을 조정하고, 상기 유효 단면적마다 온도를 제어하는 공정,을 포함하는 제조 방법.
