Claims (5)
- 강화된 합성수지로 이루어진 상판 및 하판을 상호 부착하여 이루어진 팬 블레이드에 있어서,상기 상판 및 하판이 부착되어 이루어지는 상기 팬 블레이드의 전단부 내측 벽면에 형합되어 밀착됨으로써 접착면적을 증가시키는 강도보강용 코어가 개재되며, 상기 코어의 중앙부에는 상기 팬 블레이드의 제조시 부착위치를 유지시키도록 무게추를 메달아 연결하는 연결구가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 팬 블레이드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 강도보강용 코어는 상기 팬 블레이드의 전단부 내측 벽면에 길이방향을 따라서 형성되되, 상기 상판 및 하판을 이루는 재질과 동일한 강화된 합성수지 재질로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 팬 블레이드.

- 강화된 합성수지로 이루어진 상판 및 하판을 상호 부착하여 팬 블레이드를 제조하기 위하여,상부금형 및 하부금형의 상기 상판 및 하판의 각 프로파일에 대응되는 금형홈에 각각 강화된 합성수지 재질을 도포하는 단계;상기 상부금형 및 하부금형 중 어느 하나의 금형홈의 내측 전단부에 접착면적을 증가시키도록 길이방향을 따라 형성된 코어를 부착하고, 상기 코어의 중앙부에 연결구를 사용하여 무게추를 메달아 부착위치를 유지시키는 단계;상기 상부금형 및 하부금형을 상호 대응되는 위치에 밀착하고 클램프하는 단계; 및상기 클램프 상태를 해제하고 상기 상부금형 및 하부금형을 탈형한 후 부착 및 건조된 상판 및 하판의 모서리 부분을 절단 및 그라인더 처리하여 팬 블레이드를 이루는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 팬 블레이드의 제조방법.
