Claims (4)
- 엘이디 조명장치에 이용되는 반사판 일체형 에폭시수지 렌즈의 제조방법에 있어서,에폭시수지 30 ~ 50 중량%와 경화제 30 ~ 50 중량%와 확산제 0.1 ~ 20중량%를 혼합 교반한 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;반원 형상의 성형홈에 이형제를 살포한 금형 준비단계;상기 성형홈의 내측 둘레에 반사판이 수평이 되도록 마운팅하는 단계;상기 혼합물을 금형 성형홈에 채운 후 커버를 덮고 100 ~ 150℃ 의 온도로 가열하여 성형하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사판 일체형 에폭시수지 렌즈 제조방법.
- 엘이디 조명장치에 있어서,전방이 개구된 수용공간이 형성되고 후방에 전원플러그베이스(11)가 구비된 하우징(10);상기 하우징의 개구부 측에 전방을 향하도록 설치되어 전원 공급에 따라 외부로 빛을 발산하는 LED모듈(20);상기 LED모듈에서 발산된 빛을 반사 및 확산하기 위하여 전방에 위치하며 상기 제1항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 반사판 일체형 에폭시수지 렌즈(30);상기 하우징의 개구된 전방에 탈부착이 가능하도록 결합하여 상기 LED모듈과 반사판 일체형 에폭시수지 렌즈가 안착할 수 있도록 대응되는 안착부(51,52)가 형성되며 있는 안착소켓(50);상기 안착소켓의 전방에 끼움되는 결합을 고정하고, 중앙에 관통부(61)가 형성된 하우징커버(60);를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반사판 일체형 에폭시수지 렌즈를 이용한 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반사판(33)은직경이 점점 넓어지는 반사면(34)이 전방을 향해 벌어지도록 구성된 도넛 형태로서, 반사면의 외측각(α)이 90 ~ 160°로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사판 일체형 에폭시수지 렌즈를 이용한 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반사판 일체형 에폭시수지 렌즈(30)는반치각(β)이 10 ~ 90°로 구성되는 볼록부(31)와 LED모듈에서 발산하는 빛이 입사하는 평면부(32)를 갖는 볼록한 반원 형상으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사판 일체형 에폭시수지 렌즈를 이용한 엘이디 조명장치.
