Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの光源を有する光ユニット;及び
導光ユニット;
を含む発光デバイスであり、
該導光ユニットは:
前記光源から受光するための光入力部分、
光出力部分;及び
該光入力部分と該光出力部分との間に配置された光混合部分;
を含み、
該光出力部分は、漏斗形状であり:
前記光混合部分から受光するように配置されたベース;
凸型である上面;
凹型である下面;及び
円周光出力面;
を含み、
前記上面及び前記下面は、前記ベースから前記円周光出力面まで導光路を定義し、
前記発光デバイスの光度分布は、実質的に均一な角度光度分布を持ち、ほぼ全方向性となるように、前記円周光出力面の断面はベジェ曲線である、
ことを特徴とする発光デバイス。 - 前記光混合部分の断面は、六角形状、四角形状のうち1つである、請求項1に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記上面は、光出力であるように配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記光混合部分の長さは、所定のカラーの光のカラー均一性の調節を可能にするように配置されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記光混合部分の表面の少なくともサブエリアは、前記光混合部分内の光混合を増やすための光学的微細構造を有している、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記光ユニットは、さらに、少なくとも1つのコリメート素子を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記円周光出力面は、少なくとも部分的に追加の表面構造部とともに配置されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記追加の表面構造部は、屈折構造部、ホログラフィック構造部、薄い粒子コーティング、及び粗い表面のうちの1つである、請求項7に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記光ユニットは、さらに反射器を含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 白熱光源を使用する照明器具の中に組み込まれるようにさらに適合されている、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光源は発光ダイオードである、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の発光デバイス。
