Claims (5)
- NiCrSiB에 합금원소로서 Fe, Cu, Mo, W, C 중에서 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상이 함유되고, 입자 크기가 35um - 150um인 Ni기 자용성 합금분말을 스케일 브레이크 워크롤 표면에 레이저 용사 코팅하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성이 우수한 스케일 브레이크 워크롤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Ni기 자용성 합금분말에는 WC 또는 CrC 계 서메트 분말이 1 - 50wt% 더 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성이 우수한 스케일 브레이크 워크롤.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스케일 브레이크 워크롤 표면에 코팅되는 코팅두께는 양 에지 부분이 그 양 에지 부분의 사이 중간 부분보다 두껍게 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 내마모성이 우수한 스케일 브레이크 워크롤.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스케일 브레이크 워크롤 양 에지 부분의 코팅 두께는 1 - 10 mm이고, 상기 양 에지 부분의 사이 중간 부분은 0.5 - 5mm임을 특징으로 하는 내마모성이 우수한 스케일 브레이크 워크롤.
