Claims (3)
- 메탄올, 공기 및 물을 가열 및 혼합하여 은 촉매 베드가 내장된 반응기를 이용하여 포름알데히드 수용액을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,원료인 메탄올을 메탄올 증발기에서 가열하여 증발시키고 메탄올 증기 과열기에서의 과열과정을 거쳐 혼합기에 공급하는 단계;증기 보일러에서 가열된 수증기를 상기 혼합기에 공급하는 단계;공기 가열기에서 가열된 공기를 상기 혼합기에 공급하는 단계;상기 혼합기에 공급된 메탄올 과열증기, 공기 및 수증기를 은 촉매 베드가 형성된 반응기에 공급하여 산화 및 탈수소 반응을 시켜 반응 생성물 가스를 생성하는 단계;상기 반응기에서의 화학반응으로 인하여 발생하는 반응 생성물 가스의 열에너지를 상기 반응기 하부에 마련되는 열회수기 내부로 유입되는 물에 전달하여 수증기로 변환함으로써 열에너지를 회수함과 동시에 반응 생성물 가스를 냉각하는 단계;상기 열회수기에 의하여 냉각된 반응 생성물 가스가 재생기를 통과하면서 대향하여 흐르는 원료 메탄올을 가열하여 증발시키는 단계; 및재생기를 거친 반응 생성물 가스를 순수가 흐르는 흡수탑에 공급하여 포름알데히드 수용액을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 구성하되,상기 열회수기에서 배출되는 수증기는 메탄올 증발기,공기 가열기 및 혼합기 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상의 장치로 송급되고, 상기 재생기에서 배출되는 메탄올 증기는 메탄올 증발기 또는 메탄올 증기 과열기 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상의 장치로 송급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포름알데히드 제조방법.
