Claims (1)
- 합성수지재질의 긴 판체로 일측에는 일방향걸림턱부를 갖는 고정부가 형성되고, 타측에는 고정부의 일방향걸림턱부가 진입되어 걸림고정되는 걸림돌출부를 갖는 스토퍼가 형성되어 옥내 변전소 철골조에 설치되는 저압케이블 고정밴드에 있어서;좌우측으로 양분되어 옥내 변전소 철골조(50)의 외주연을 감싸는 고무재질의 기립된 관체로 외주연에는 다 수개의 수평돌출바(11)가 형성된 좌우측밀착절연내관(10,10a)과;좌우로 양분되어 상기 좌우측밀착절연내관(10,10a)을 외측에서 감싸는 관체로 절단된 선단면에는 서로 대응되는 돌부(21)와 요부(21a)가 맞춰져 한 몸을 이루되 내주연에는 상기 수평돌출바(11)가 삽입되는 바홀(22)이 형성되고, 일측외주연에는 외주연을 따라 수평방향으로 광폭요부(23)가 형성되되 광폭요부(23) 전방측에는 광폭요부(23)를 수직으로 체결핀(24b)이 가로지르는 핀공(24,24a)이 형성되며, 타측외주연에는 외주연을 따라 수평방향으로 협폭요부(26)가 형성되되 협폭요부(26)를 감싸면서 내측면에서 협폭요부(26) 내측으로 걸림돌출턱(27a)이 돌출되는 우측스토퍼(27)가 형성되는 좌우측고정외관(20,20a)과;일측은 상기 좌우측고정외관(20,20a)의 광폭요부(23)에 삽입된 상태에서 인접된 저압케이블(40)을 8자방식으로 감싸는 지지판부(31)가 형성되되 지지판부(31) 전방측 선단부에는 상기 핀공(24,24a) 연장선상에 상기 체결핀(24b)이 관통하는 핀 삽입공(32)을 갖고 지지판부(31) 중심측에는 길이방향으로 길게 관통장공(33)을 갖으며 지지판부(31) 좌측면 전방측선단부에는 상면에서 하면으로 ㄷ자형상으로 돌출되어 내측면에 걸림돌출턱(34a)이 돌출되는 좌측스토퍼(34)가 형성되고, 타측은 상기 지지판부(31) 타측선단 중심에서 길이방향으로 길게 연장되어 저압케이블(40)을 감싼 다음 상기 관통장공(33)을 관통하여 8자방식으로 상기 좌우측고정외관(20,20a)의 협폭요부(26)를 통해서 우측스토퍼(27)와 상기 지지판부(31)의 좌측스토퍼(34)를 관통하되 좌측면에는 상기 우측스토퍼(27)의 걸림돌출부(27a)와 상기 좌측스토퍼(34)의 걸림돌출부(34a)에 각각 걸림고정되는 일방향걸림턱부(36)를 갖는 고정부(35)가 형성된 케이블 밴드(30)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥내 변전소 철골조에 설치되는 저압케이블 고정밴드.
