Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 동축으로 배치된 외부 관과 내부 관을 포함하여 원통 형상의 2중관 구조를 가지고, 상기 외부 관과 상기 내부 관 사이의 방전 공간에 유전체 배리어 방전에 의해 엑시머 분자를 형성하는 방전용 가스가 충전되는 방전용기;상기 외부 관의 외측면에 밀착 형성되는 외부 전극; 및상기 내부 관의 내측면에 밀착 형성되고, 축방향의 일부에 걸쳐 절개된 적어도 둘 이상의 절개부를 포함하는 원통 형상의 내부 전극을 포함하고,상기 절개부들 중 제1 절개부는 상기 내부 전극의 일측단으로부터 절개되고, 제2 절개부는 상기 내부 전극의 타측단으로부터 절개되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 배리어 방전 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 절개부의 길이는 상기 내부 전극의 전체 길이 대비 60% 내지 95%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 배리어 방전 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 절개부의 절개 간격의 합과 상기 2 절개부의 절개 간격의 합은 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 배리어 방전 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내부 전극의 내측면에 형합되어 상기 내부 전극을 상기 내부 관의 내측면에 밀착시키는 스프링 부재를 더 포함하는 유전체 배리어 방전 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 절개부는 상기 내부 전극의 원주 방향으로 3mm 이내의 간격으로 절개되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 배리어 방전 램프.
