- 삭제
- 표면지와 이면지 및 표면지와 이면지 사이에 골심지를 삽입한 골판지의 제조방법에서 상기 골판지는 각각의 원지를 롤에 감아 공급하는 과정에서 15∼30 중량%의 합성수지와 6∼12 중량%의 소맥, 25∼35 중량%의 본드 및 33∼54 중량%의 물을 혼합한 용액을 만들고, 이 혼합한 용액을 공급하여 표면지(11)와 이면지(12) 및 골심지(13)의 공급 성형과정에서 로울러 코팅이나 함침 또는 도포하여 140∼180℃에서 순간(1∼8 초) 온도로 경화함을 특징으로 하는 수성 접착용 골판지의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 합성수지는 요소 수지 또는 멜라민 수지이고, 합성수지 중량 %의 10% 범위에서 발수제를 혼합하여 사용함을 특징으로 하는 수성 접착용 골판지의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,발수제는 실리콘 오일(오르가노폴리실록산)로서, 아미노 변성 실리콘 오일, 고급지방산 변성 실리콘 오일, 디메틸실리콘 오일, 알킬변성 실리콘 오일, 알킬아랄킬 변성 실리콘 오일, 에폭시 변성 실리콘 오일, 카르보크실릴 변성 실리콘 오일중 어느 하나로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 수성 접착용 골판지의 제조방법.
