Claims (9)
- 회전축과 코어로 이루어져 고정자의 내부에 회전가능하게 설치되는 영구자석식 교류 발전기의 회전자에 있어서,가로 또는 세로 방향으로 동일극성을 가지도록 2개 이상의 영구자석들로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 회전자의 원주방향을 따라 일정간격으로 부착되어 있는 동일자석군들과; 상기 동일자석군들이 상기 회전자에서 이탈되는 것이 방지되도록 상기 동일자석군들의 외측에 마련되는 이탈방지부재;를 포함하며,상기 동일자석군들은, 외측에 N극의 자성을 띠는 상기 영구자석들로 이루어진 어느 하나의 상기 동일자석군과 외측에 S극의 자성을 띠는 상기 영구자석들로 이루어진 다른 하나의 상기 동일자석군이 서로 이웃하도록 원주방향을 따라 연속되게 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할 마그네트 배열을 적용한 영구자석식 교류 발전기의 회전자.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 동일자석군은, 상기 영구자석들이 상기 회전자의 길이방향으로 2개 이상 부착되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할 마그네트 배열을 적용한 영구자석식 교류 발전기의 회전자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이탈방지부재는, 상기 동일자석군들의 외면에 감겨져 있는 와이어와; 상기 동일자석군들 및 상기 와이어 사이에 형성되는 지지체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할 마그네트 배열을 적용한 영구자석식 교류 발전기의 회전자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 지지체는, 합성수지 또는 알루미늄에 의하여 사출 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할 마그네트 배열을 적용한 영구자석식 교류 발전기의 회전자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 회전자는 일측에 구동체에 연결되는 회전축이 일체로 형성되어 있고, 양측에 상기 지지체가 이탈되는 것이 방지되도록 지지플랜지가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할 마그네트 배열을 적용한 영구자석식 교류 발전기의 회전자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 와이어는, 케플라섬유 또는 스테인리스에 의하여 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할 마그네트 배열을 적용한 영구자석식 교류 발전기의 회전자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 와이어는, 일직선 또는 격자형태로 감겨지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할 마그네트 배열을 적용한 영구자석식 교류 발전기의 회전자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전자는, 상기 회전축 및 상기 코어가 일체로 사출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할 마그네트 배열을 적용한 영구자석식 교류 발전기의 회전자.
