Abstract
Description
본 발명의 정화방법은 폴리염화비페닐이 함유된 오염물, 전자공여체 및 수소공여체를 투입하는 단계; 상기 투입된 물질들을 100 ~ 400 ℃, 포화수증기압 이상의 압력상태에서 교반시켜 오염물을 탈염처리하는 반응 단계; 및 상기 탈염처리된 물질로부터 정화된 정화물을 분리하여 배출하는 단계를 포함한다.
본 발명은 오염물에 흡착되어 있는 폴리염화비페닐과 같은 염소계 유기화합물을 탈염처리하는 기술로써, 소각이나 초임계처리 기술에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 온도와 에너지 및 저가의 장치를 사용하며, 나트륨공법에 비해 진공이나 불활성 분위기가 필요 없으며 전자공여체와 수소공여체로서 비교적 저렴한 영가철과 물을 이용하는 저비용의 친환경 공법이라고 할 수 있다.
Claims (8)
- 폴리염화비페닐이 함유된 오염물, 전자공여체 및 수소공여체를 투입하는 단계;상기 투입된 물질들을 100 ~ 400 ℃, 포화수증기압 이상의 압력상태에서 교반시켜 오염물을 탈염처리하는 반응 단계; 및상기 탈염처리된 물질로부터 정화된 정화물을 분리하여 배출하는 단계;를 포함하는 폴리염화비페닐 오염물의 정화방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 전자공여체는 영가철이고 수소공여체는 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비페닐 오염물의 정화방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 분리배출 단계에는 탈염처리된 물질로부터 철을 분리하는 자성분리 단계와 수분을 분리하는 고액분리 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비페닐 오염물의 정화방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 자성분리된 철과 고액분리된 수분은 다시 상기 투입 단계로 공급되어 재활용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비페닐 오염물의 정화방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 반응 단계는 250 ~ 350 ℃의 상태가 되도록 가열함과 동시에 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비페닐 오염물의 정화방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 반응 단계는 오염물, 전자공여체 및 수소공여체가 투입된 후 회전되며 가열되는 가열드럼(10), 이 가열드럼(10)의 외측을 두르는 가열재킷(30) 및 회전축(12)을 매개로 가열드럼(10)과 연결되어 가열드럼(10)에 회전력을 제공하는 구동부(50)를 포함하는 반응기(400)에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비페닐 오염물의 정화방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 투입 단계는 오염물을 입자크기를 기준으로 하여 정화가 필요한 물질(S3)과 불필요한 물질(S1)로 나누고 정화가 필요한 오염물(S3)만을 투입하는 오염물 선별 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비페닐 오염물의 정화방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 반응 단계는 탈염처리에 의해 생성된 배출기체를 포집하는 포집 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비페닐 오염물의 정화방법.
