- 소성실(1)에 장입된 도자 성형물을 가열 소성하여 도자기를 굽도록 소성실(1) 하부의 화구(2)에 설치된 가스 버너와 같은 연소장치로 연소용 가스를 연소시켜 소성실(1)의 온도를 원하는 온도로 유지시키는 도자기용 가스 가마의 온도조절방법에 있어서,소성실의 가스 공급압력을 초기에 0.25㎏f/㎠로 설정함과 동시에 화염의 색상에 따라 한 번의 공기조절로 화력을 일정하게 유지시키는 단계;소성실의 온도가 750℃에 도달할 때까지 일정 시간 간격으로 가스 공급압력을 일정량으로 서서히 증가시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기가마의 온도조절방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,가스 공급압력은 30분 간격으로 0.02㎏f/㎠씩 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기가마의 온도조절방법.
