Claims (10)
- 기재와 첨가제로 이루어진 콘크리트 표면보호용 액상형 흡수방지재에 있어서.상기 기재는 수용성 합성고무 라텍스 25~75 중량%와 유기계 실리콘 화합물 75~25 중량%로 이루어지고,상기 기재 100 중량부에 대하여, 비이온 유화제 3~6 중량부, 분산제 1~2 중량부, 암포트릭 안정제 1~3 중량부, pH 조절제 0.5~1.0 중량부, 실리콘계 소포제 0.3~0.8 중량부로 이루어진 혼합물을 에멀젼화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 합성고무 라텍스와 유기계 실리콘 화합물을 에멀션화시킨 콘크리트 표면도포용 액상형 흡수방지재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수용성 합성고무 라텍스는 카르복실레이트 스티렌 부타디엔 합성고무 라텍스로서, 고형분이 48~52 중량%이며, 입자경이 1,200∼2,000Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 합성고무 라텍스와 유기계 실리콘 화합물을 에멀션화시킨 콘크리트 표면도포용 액상형 흡수방지재.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유기계 실리콘 화합물은 아래 화학식 1로 표시되는 구조식을 갖는 알킬폴리실록산 또는 아래 화학식 2로 표시되는 구조식을 갖는 알킬알콕시실란 중에서 1종을 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 합성고무 라텍스와 유기계 실리콘 화합물을 에멀션화시킨 콘크리트 표면도포용 액상형 흡수방지재.R'O-Si(RR')-[-O-Si(RR')-]n-OR' (화학식 1)상기에서 R은 C1~C8의 직쇄상 또는 가지상 알킬기이고, R'는 C1~C3의 알킬기이며, n은 4~1,000인 것이 바람직하고,[(R)nSi(OR')4-n] (화학식 2)상기에서, R은 C1∼C8의 직쇄상 또는 가지상의 알킬기이고, R'는 C1∼C3의 알킬기이며, n은 1≤n≤3인 것이 바람직하다.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비이온 유화제는 친수성 소수성비(HLB)는 10~20인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 합성고무 라텍스와 유기계 실리콘 화합물을 에멀션화시킨 콘크리트 표면도포용 액상형 흡수방지재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비이온 유화제는 노닐페놀계, 폴리에틸렌글리콜-폴리프로필렌글리콜계, 폴리비닐피롤리돈계로 이루어지는 군에서 1종 또는 그 이상을 혼합 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 합성고무 라텍스와 유기계 실리콘 화합물을 에멀션화시킨 콘크리트 표면도포용 액상형 흡수방지재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 암포트릭 안정제는 노닐페닐에테르 술폰산나트륨 또는 노닐페닐에테르 술폰산 암모늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 합성고무 라텍스와 유기계 실리콘 화합물을 에멀션화시킨 콘크리트 표면도포용 액상형 흡수방지재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분산제는 리그닌 술폰산염계, 나프탈렌 술폰산 포름 알데히드계 또는 석유 술폰산계로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 또는 그 이상을 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 합성고무 라텍스와 유기계 실리콘 화합물을 에멀션화시킨 콘크리트 표면도포용 액상형 흡수방지재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 pH 조절제는 수산화나트륨 또는 수산화칼륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 합성고무 라텍스와 유기계 실리콘 화합물을 에멀션화시킨 콘크리트 표면도포용 액상형 흡수방지재.
- 청구항 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 4항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 콘크리트 표면도포용 액상형 흡수방지재는 각 구성성분들의 혼합물을 60~80℃의 온도에서 1,000~2,000 rpm의 속도로 2~3시간 동안 교반시켜 에멀션화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 합성고무 라텍스와 유기계 실리콘 화합물을 에멀션화시킨 콘크리트 표면도포용 액상형 흡수방지재.
