Claims (13)
- ⅰ) 다음 화학식(2)의 2,7-디브로모플루오렌에 수산화칼륨수용액, 요오드화칼륨, 요오드화메틸 및 디메틸술폭시드를 가하여 다음 화학식(3)의 2,7-디브로모- 9,9-디메틸-9H-플루오렌을 제조하는 단계(2) (3)ⅱ) 상기 화학식(3)의 2,7-디브로모-9,9-디메틸-9H-플루오렌에 트리페닐실리크로라이드, n-BuLi 및 테트라하이드로퓨란을 가하여 다음 화학식(4)의 (7-브로모-9,9-디메틸-9H-플루오렌-2-일)-트리페닐-실란을 제조하는 단계;(3) (4)ⅲ) 상기 화학식(4)에 디메틸포르마미드, n-BuLi 및 테트라하이드로퓨란을 가하여 다음의 화학식(5)의 9,9-디메틸-7-트리페닐실라닐-9H-플루오렌-2-카브알데히드를 제조하는 단계; 및(4) (5)ⅳ) 상기 화학식(5)에 TiCl4·2THF, Zn분말 및 테트라하이드로퓨란을 가하여 화학식(1)을 갖는 화합물 1을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 발광물질 합성 방법.(5) (1)
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 발광물질 합성 방법은,상기 화학식 (3), (4) 및 (5)의 유기층을 추출하는 단계;추출된 상기 유기층의 용매를 제거하는 단계; 및용매가 제거된 상기 유기층의 증류를 분리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광물질 합성 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 (3)의 상기 유기층 추출은,염화메틸렌을 이용하여 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광물질 합성 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 (4) 및 (5)의 상기 유기층 추출은,에틸아세테이트를 이용하여 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광물질 합성 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 발광물질 합성 방법은,상기 화학식 (2) 및 (1)의 유기층을 추출하는 단계;추출된 상기 유기층의 용매를 제거하는 단계; 및용매가 제거된 상기 유기층의 증류를 분리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광물질 합성 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 (2)의 상기 유기층 추출은,메틸렌클로라이드를 이용하여 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광물질 합성 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 (1)의 상기 유기층 추출은,에틸아세테이트를 이용하여 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광물질 합성 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 유기발광소자는,상기 양극으로부터 상기 발광층으로의 상기 정공의 유입을 용이하게 하는 정공주입층;상기 양극으로부터 상기 발광층으로의 상기 정공의 수송을 용이하게 하는 정공수송층;상기 음극으로부터 상기 발광층으로의 상기 전자의 유입을 용이하게 하는 전자주입층; 및상기 음극으로부터 상기 발광층으로의 상기 전자의 수송을 용이하게 하는 전자수송층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자.
