Claims (6)
- 본체(10)의 내부에는 가열실(20)을 형성하고, 가열실(20)의 내부에는 격리된 투입구(31)와 배출구(32)를 갖는 탄화실(30)을 형성하며, 상기의 가열실(20)과 탄화실(30)은 이송관(40)에 의해 내부가 서로 연통되게 하고, 상기 가열실(20)의 내부에는 본체(10)의 외부로 인출되는 배기관(50)을 형성하여, 탄화실(30) 내부로 투입된 음식물 쓰레기는 이송관(40)에 장착된 버너(41)에 의해 건조 및 탄화가 이루어져 상기 배출구(32)를 통해 수거되게 한 음식물 쓰레기 탄화장치에 있어서,하향 경사관으로 된 배출구(32)의 내부에는 개폐블럭(70)을 갖는 나사축(71)을 삽입 형성하고, 상기의 나사축(71)에는 웜휠(72)을 나사 결합하며, 상기의 웜휠(72)은 배출모터(74)와 연결된 웜(73)과 치합되게 하여, 상기의 배출모터(74)의 구동을 통해 웜휠(72)이 회전하면 상기의 나사축(71)과 개폐블럭(70)이 하강하며 배출구(32)의 하단에 위치한 배출관(36)을 통해 탄화물이 배출되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 음식물 쓰레기 탄화장치.
