Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- OLED 디바이스 제조에서 기판 상에 유기층을 침착시키는 방법으로서,(a) 전달가능한 유기 물질을 갖는 도너 소자를 OLED 기판과의 전달 관계로 제공하는 단계;(b) 균일한 선형 레이저광 빔을 형성하는 단계;(c) 상기 선형 레이저광 빔에 반응하고 다채널 선형 레이저광 빔을 형성하도록 된 공간 광 변조기(spatial light modulator)를 제공하는 단계;(d) 선택된 채널을 개별적으로 변조시켜, 각각의 세그먼트(segment)가 1개 이상의 레이저광 빔 채널을 포함할 수 있고 제 1 방향으로 사각형 강도 프로파일과 상기 제 1 방향에 수직인 제 2 방향으로 가우스 강도(Gaussian intensity) 프로파일을 가지며 도너 소자 상으로 향하는 1개 이상의 레이저광 빔 세그먼트를 형성하는 단계; 및(e) 변조된 세그먼트로부터의 광에 반응하여 도너 소자가 열을 생성시켜 유기 물질을 기판의 선택된 영역상으로 열 전달하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,도너 소자를 기판에 고정시키고, 다채널 선형 레이저광 빔과 고정된 기판/도너 소자 사이에 다채널 선형 레이저광 빔에 수직인 방향으로 상대적 운동을 제공하여 소정의 제 1 선형 경로를 따라 유기 물질을 침착시키는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 컬러 OLED 디바이스의 제조에서 기판 상에 유기층을 침착시키는 방법으로서,(a) 각각 상이한 유기 물질을 갖는 다수의 도너 소자를 제공하고 상기 도너 소자를 OLED 기판과 연속 관계로 위치시키는 단계;(b) 균일한 선형 레이저광 빔을 형성하는 단계;(c) 상기 선형 레이저광 빔에 반응하고 다채널 선형 레이저광 빔을 형성하도록 된 공간 광 변조기를 제공하는 단계;(d) 선택된 채널을 개별적으로 변조시켜, 각각의 세그먼트가 1개 이상의 레이저광 빔 채널을 포함할 수 있고 제 1 방향으로 사각형 강도 프로파일과 상기 제 1 방향에 수직인 제 2 방향으로 가우스 강도 프로파일을 가지며 도너 소자 상으로 향하는 1개 이상의 레이저광 빔 세그먼트를 형성하는 단계;(e) 변조된 세그먼트로부터의 광에 반응하여 도너 소자가 열을 생성하여 유기 물질을 기판의 선택된 영역상으로 열 전달하는 단계; 및(f) 상이한 도너 소자에 대해 상기 단계 (d) 및 (e)를 반복하여, 기판 상에 상이한 컬러 화소들에 대응하는 유기층들을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- OLED 디바이스의 제조에서 기판 상에 유기 층을 침착시키기 위한 레이저 프린터로서,(a) OLED 기판과의 전달 관계로 전달가능한 유기 물질을 갖는 도너 소자;(b) 균일한 선형 레이저광 빔을 형성시키기 위한 수단;(c) 선형 레이저광 빔에 반응하고 다채널 선형 레이저광 빔을 형성하도록 된 공간 광 변조기;(d) 선택된 채널을 개별적으로 변조시켜, 각각의 세그먼트가 1개 이상의 레이저광 빔 채널을 포함할 수 있고 제 1 방향으로 사각형 강도 프로파일과 상기 제 1 방향에 수직인 제 2 방향으로 가우스 강도 프로파일을 가지며 도너 소자 상으로 향하는 1개 이상의 레이저광 빔 세그먼트를 형성하기 위한 수단; 및(e) 변조된 세그먼트로부터의 광에 반응하여 열을 생성시켜 유기 물질을 기판의 선택된 영역상으로 열 전달하는 도너 소자를 포함하는 레이저 프린터.
