Claims (1)
- 리니어모터의 베드(2) 위에 고정자(5)가 구비되고 고정자(5)의 상부에는 이동자(4)가 형성된 이송테이블(1)과, 이송테이블(1)의 양쪽에는 반복되는 운동을 가이드 해주는 LM블록(6)과 LM가이드(7)가 구비되고, 이송테이블(1)과 이동자(4) 사이에는 평판냉각기(3)가 구비된 리니어모터의 냉각장치에 있어서,상기 평판냉각기(3)의 하부 일측과 이동자(4)의 양 측면에는 이동자(4)의 측면 복사열을 전도 받기 위하여 열유도판(11)이 구비되어 이동자의 측면 온도를 냉각시켜주는 것을 특징으로 하는 상면 평판냉각기와 측면 열유도판을 결합한 리니어모터의 냉각장치.
