Claims (6)
- 제 1 회전축에 결합되는 외부 기어 톱니바퀴를 설치한 피니언과, 이 피니언의 외부 기어 톱니바퀴와 치합하는 내부 기어 톱니바퀴를 설치하고, 양측의 단면에 개구를 가지며 적어도 한쪽 개구로부터 상기 피니언을 내부에 넣어, 제 2 회전축에 결합되는 슬리브와, 이 슬리브의 제 1 회전축이 통과하는 측의 단면에 있는 상기 개구를 폐색하고, 상기 제 1 회전축을 통하는 회전축 구멍을 가지는 제 1 단재와, 상기 슬리브의 다른 한쪽 단면에 있는 상기 개구를 폐색하는 제 2 단재를 구비하며, 상기 슬리브와 상기 제 1 단재와 상기 제 2 단재가 윤활제를 유지할 수 있는 공간을 구성하는 기어 커플링에 있어서, 상기 회전축 구멍으로부터 상기 윤활제를 열화시키는 물질이 들어오는 것을 방지하는 수단으로서, 상기 회전축 구멍의 외측의 주위에 축선 바깥쪽으로 향하여 지름이 커지게 비탈져서 축 중심으로부터 먼 쪽을 향하여 열린 홈을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 커플링.
- 제 1 회전축에 결합되는 외부 기어 톱니바퀴를 설치한 피니언과, 이 피니언의 외부 기어 톱니바퀴와 치합하는 내부 기어 톱니바퀴를 설치하고, 양측의 단면에 개구를 가지며 적어도 한쪽 개구로부터 상기 피니언을 내부에 넣어, 제 2 회전축에 결합되는 슬리브와, 이 슬리브의 제 1 회전축이 통과하는 측의 단면에 있는 상기 개구를 폐색하고, 상기 제 1 회전축을 통하는 회전축 구멍을 가지는 제 1 단재와, 상기 슬리브의 다른 한쪽 단면에 있는 상기 개구를 폐색하는 제 2 단재를 구비하며, 상기 슬리브와 상기 제 1 단재와 상기 제 2 단재가 윤활제를 유지할 수 있는 공간을 구성하는 기어 커플링에 있어서, 상기 회전축 구멍으로부터 상기 윤활제를 열화시키는 물질이 들어오는 것을 방지하는 수단으로서, 상기 회전축 구멍의 내주면과 대향하는 상기 피니언의 외주면에는 내측의 측면이 축선 바깥 쪽을 향하여 지름이 커지도록 비탈진 원주 방향으로의 홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 커플링.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 회전축 구멍의 내주면은 축선 바깥 쪽을 향하여 지름이 커지도록 비탈진 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 커플링.
