Claims (25)
- 제조해야하는 적어도 하나의 주성분과, 혼합 가스로부터 분리해야 할 불순물을 포함하는 혼합 가스를 흡착에 의하여 처리하는 방법에 있어서,주기 (T)를 갖는 동일한 사이클을 각각 오프셋 방식으로 따르는 N 개(N은 2 이상)의 흡착제(11A, 11B)를 사용하고, 상기 주기(T) 동안 흡착 단계와 재생 단계가 연속적으로 이어지고,각 흡착제(11A)를, 처리될 혼합 가스의 공칭 유량의 일 부분에만, 상기 흡착제가 적어도 하나의 제조될 주성분으로 상당히 포화될 때까지, 적어도 하나의 다른 흡착제(11B)는 흡착 단계로 유지하면서, 흡착 단계의 초기에 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착에 의한 혼합 가스의 처리 방법.

- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 일 부분에 주입된 흡착제(11A)에서 나온 흐름 및 재생 가스의 공칭 유량의 잔여분이 직접 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착에 의한 혼합 가스의 처리 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 일 부분에 주입된 흡착제(11A)에서 나온 흐름이 재생 단계를 종료하고 재생 가스의 공칭 유량의 잔여분의 적어도 일 부분으로 주입되는 다른 흡착제에서 나온 흐름과 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착에 의한 혼합 가스의 처리 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 흡착제(11A, 11B)의 재생 단계가 상기 흡착제의 감압 단계 및 재가압 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착에 의한 혼합 가스의 처리 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 흡착제(11A, 11B)의 재생 단계가 재생 가스의 가열 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착에 의한 혼합 가스의 처리 방법.

- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 가스는 수소 및 일산화탄소를 주성분으로 포함하고, 물과 이산화탄소가 포함된 제거 되어야 할 불순물을 포함하고, 처리될 혼합 가스는 저온 생성법으로써 거의 순수한 일산화탄소 흐름과 수소 함량이 높은 흐름으로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착에 의한 혼합 가스의 처리 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 가스는 수소 및 일산화탄소를 주성분으로 포함하고, 물과 이산화탄소가 포함된 제거 되어야 할 불순물을 포함하고, 처리될 혼합 가스가 침투에 의해 수소/일산화탄소 비율이 사전 설정된 흐름과 수소 함량이 높은 흐름으로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착에 의한 혼합 가스의 처리 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재생 가스의 공칭 유량의 상기 일 부분은 재생 가스의 공칭 유량의 절반에 절대적으로 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착에 의한 혼합 가스의 처리 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 재생 가스의 공칭 유량의 상기 일 부분은 재생 가스의 공칭 유량의 3분의 1 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착에 의한 혼합 가스의 처리 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 재생 가스의 공칭 유량의 상기 일 부분은 재생 가스의 공칭 유량의 5% 내지 20% 사이에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착에 의한 혼합 가스의 처리 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재생 가스의 공칭 유량의 상기 일 부분은 재생 가스의 사용 초기에 해당 흡착제의 재생 단계 지속 시간의 약 1%가 초과되는 시간 동안 해당 흡착제로 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착에 의한 혼합 가스의 처리 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 지속 시간은 재생 단계 지속 시간의 약 5%가 초과되는 시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착에 의한 혼합 가스의 처리 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 지속 시간은 재생 단계 지속 시간의 10% 내지 20% 사이에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착에 의한 혼합 가스의 처리 방법.
