Claims (13)
- 입구측은 환원제탱크(4)에 연결하기 위한 연결부에 연결되고, 출구측은 환원제탱크(4)로의 리턴도관(10) 및 압력도관(16)에 연결된 미터링 펌프를 가지고, 액상의 환원제를 배기가스플로우에 혼합시키기 위한 미터링 펌프 어셈블리에 있어서,상기 미터링 펌프(2)에 의해 발생되는 유압에 대항하여 편향(biased)된 리턴밸브(20)가 상기 압력도관(16) 내에 배치되고, 상기 리턴도관(10)은 환원제의 흐름방향으로 상기 리턴밸브(20) 앞에 있는 압력도관(16)에 연결되어 있으며,상기 리턴도관(10)을 선택적으로 폐쇄하기 위한 제1셧-오프 밸브(12)가 상기 리턴도관(10) 내에 배치되며,상기 리턴밸브(20)를 폐쇄한 상태로 유지시키는 편향력은, 상기 리턴도관(10)이 개방된 상태에서 주어진 상기 유압에 의해 상기 리턴밸브(20) 상에 작용하는 힘보다 크고, 상기 리턴도관(10)이 폐쇄되면서, 상기 유압에 의해 상기 리턴밸브(20) 상에 작용하는 힘이 상기 리턴밸브(20)의 상기 편향력을 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 미터링 펌프 어셈블리.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 리턴밸브(20)는 예혼합장치(39)의 혼합챔버(18) 상에 직접적(directly)으로 배치되어, 상기 미터링 펌프(2)에 의해 운반된 상기 환원제가 압축가스와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 미터링 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서,유압을 검출하는 압력센서(14)가 상기 압력도관(16) 또는 상기 리턴도관(10) 내에, 상기 흐름방향으로 상기 리턴밸브(20) 및 상기 셧-오프 밸브(12) 앞에, 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는, 미터링 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제1셧-오프 밸브(12)는, 상기 압력센서(14)에 의해 검출되는 압력이 기설정된 유압에 도달하면, 상기 제1셧-오프 밸브(12)가 상기 리턴도관(10)을 폐쇄하는 위치로 전환(switched over)되는 방식으로, 상기 압력센서(14)에 결합(coupled)된 것을 특징으로 하는, 미터링 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1셧-오프 밸브(12)는, 공전위치(idle position)에서, 상기 리턴도관(10)을 개방하는 위치로 유지되도록 하는 방식으로, 편향되어 있는 것을, 특징으로 하는 미터링 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 미터링 펌프에 의해 운반된 환원제가 압축가스와 혼합되는, 예혼합장치(39)가 제공되고, 상기 예혼합장치(39)에 이르는 압축가스도관(28) 내의 출구측에는 압축가스공급을 선택적으로 중단시킬 수 있는 제2셧-오프 밸브(26)가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는, 미터링 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 리턴도관(10) 내의 상기 제1셧-오프 밸브(12)는, 압축가스도관(28)이 개방되는 상태가 되면 상기 리턴도관(10)이 폐쇄되는 방식으로, 상기 압축가스도관(28) 내에서 상기 제2셧-오프 밸브(26)에 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는, 미터링 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제1셧-오프 밸브(12)는 압축가스에 의해 작동되며, 상기 예혼합장치(39)에 이르는 상기 압축가스도관(28)은 압축공기흐름방향으로 상기 제2셧-오프 밸브(26) 뒤에서, 상기 제1셧-오프 밸브(12)의 엑츄에이션연결부(actuation connection)에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는, 미터링 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 예혼합장치(39)에 이르는 상기 압축가스도관(28)은 압축공기흐름방향으로 스로틀 위치 앞에서, 상기 제1셧-오프 밸브(12)의 엑츄에이션연결부에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는, 미터링 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제2셧-오프 밸브(26)는, 상기 압력도관(16) 또는 상기 리턴도관(10) 내에서, 흐름방향으로 상기 리턴밸브(20) 및 상기 제1셧-오프 밸브(12) 앞에 배치된 압력센서(14)와 결합하되, 상기 압력센서(14)에 의해 검출된 기설정된 유압에 도달하게 되면, 상기 제2셧-오프 밸브(26)가 상기 압축가스도관(28)을 개방시키는 위치로 전환되는 방식인 것을 특징으로 하는, 미터링 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 압축가스도관(28) 내의 상기 제2셧-오프 밸브(26)는, 공전위치(idle position)에서, 상기 압축가스도관(28)을 막는(interrupting) 위치로 유지되도록 하는 방식으로, 편향된 것을 특징으로 하는, 미터링 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 예혼합장치(39) 내의 상기 압축가스공급부의 출구측에, 리턴밸브(36)가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는, 미터링 펌프 어셈블리.
