Claims (6)
- 양각의 렌티큘러들이 연속적으로 형성된 플라스틱 전주판 표면에 은 용액을 도포하여 얇은 도전성 은막을 입히는 단계;상기 은막이 입혀진 플라스틱 전주판을 니켈 금속이 포함된 전해액에 담지시켜 상기 은막이 입혀진 플라스틱 전주판의 은막 상부로 니켈 전해 도금막을 형성시키는 단계;상기 형성된 니켈 전해 도금막을 플라스틱 전주판으로부터 분리시켜 음각의 렌티큘러 니켈 금속판을 얻는 단계;상기 음각의 렌티큘러 니켈 금속판을 일정 모양과 크기로 절삭하는 단계;표면 방전가공을 이용하여 요부홈이 형성된 라미네이팅 플레이트에, 접착제를 이용하여 상기 절삭된 음각의 렌티큘러 니켈 금속판을 상기 요부홈에 부착시키는 단계;를 포함하여 제조되어, 상기 요부홈에 부착된 니켈 금속판이 교체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음각의 렌티큘러가 형성된 라미네이팅 플레이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 접착제는 에폭시 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 음각의 렌티큘러가 형성된 라미네이팅 플레이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 요부홈이 파인 깊이는 상기 절삭된 음각의 렌티큘러 니켈 금속판이 라미네이팅 플레이트의 요부홈에 부착되었을 때, 라미네이팅 플레이트 면을 기준으로 하여 부착된 음각의 렌티큘러 니켈 금속판이 플레이트와 동일면에 형성되는 깊이 내지 100㎛ 이하의 높이로 돌출되는 깊이인 것을 특징으로 하는 음각의 렌티큘러가 형성된 라미네이팅 플레이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 요부홈의 파인 모양은 상기 절삭된 음각의 렌티큘러 니켈 금속판의 절삭된 모양과 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음각의 렌티큘러가 형성된 라미네이팅 플레이트의 제조방법.
