Claims (3)
- 수지층과 금속층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트의 전지케이스 내부에 전극조립체가 장착되어 있는 이차전지로서, 상기 전지케이스는 그것의 외측부에 위치한 열융착 부위(실링부위)에서 2 개의 라미네이트 시트(A, B)가 상호 접해 있는 구조로 내부의 전극조립체를 밀봉하고, 상기 실링부위에서 두 라미네이트 시트(A, B) 중 적어도 하나의 시트(A)는 나머지 시트(B)보다 상대적으로 길게 연장되어 있으며, 상기 시트(A)의 연장부는 다른 시트(B)의 외측면을 감싸면서 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 시트(A)의 연장부는 시트(A)의 나머지 부위와 동일하거나, 시트(B)의 외측면에 부착되는 시트(A)의 내측면에는 시트(B)의 외측면에 열융착될 수 있는 수지층이 도포되어 있거나 또는 접착층이 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전극조립체의 수납부가 전지케이스의 시트 중 일측 시트(B)에만 형성되어 있고, 나머지 시트(B)는 전극조립체의 전극리드에 대응하는 부위에 그것의 단부로부터 소정 거리의 만입구가 형성되어 있는 구조의 연장부를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
